The Ardenne Asteroid Field is often frequented by [[Gallic Brigands|Gallic Brigand]] transports and personnel carriers, and several of their weapons platforms have been sighted near the edge of the field. Champagne System

Champagne is the birthplace of The Council, and with it the Second Gallic War. The events in the Champagne system have sculpted what Gallia is today, and may yet change all of Sirius. It remains the Council's fortress, and even the Gallic Royal Navy does not often launch attacks into the system.
