Biography
in many times, this old guy appeared from nowhere.
Some believe he's 108 year old and traveled the whole Sirius Sector. According to the old records, He was a Liberty Navy Pilot who joined to the Order. And also, according to the records, he was a Battleship Commander who encountered the Nomads and... Survived. there is a lot of rumors about him like "he traveled beyond the sector and found something never discovered before... something different."
