The Empire Of Omicronia began with the inception of the Bounty Hunters Guild Core, however the laws and regulations were never applied beyond Core bases. With the rebirth of The Core under the guidance of AP Manufacturing, a true government was established that held it's influence across both Omicron Rho and Omicron Delta.
