Pilot carrying this ID is in the Liberty Security Force, who:

• Can engage and destroy any unauthorized ships within the Alaska system.
• Can demand traders who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that Liberty is at war with, to drop all cargo and destroy ships if they refuse to comply.
• Can demand contraband, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply with contraband demands
• Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence.
• Cannot otherwise participate in any unlawful actions.

Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Gunboats, Transports, Cruisers.

As per the server rules, any ID allowing the use of fighters also allows the use of Bombers. Subsequently, the Liberty Security Force ID may use bombers.
