Whether retrofitted decommissioned ships or engineered from scratch, these vessels house the criminal elements as well as their jailers.

* This ship is too large to use docking bays, it must use mooring points.

{{Review|Chad Jones|The first thing that strikes you with a prison liner is its appearance. Like the Luxury Liner it has a similar design but with a few upgraded features. It can be said that the prison liner doesn't look as attractive as the Luxury Liner, but it was never meant to be a ship of luxury. The long dark chassis does emanate an eerie grimness from inside and its single engine gives out a long droning sound that would make you think of the thousands of cells inside. Like the Repair Ship in this category the Prison Liner is very specific to its purpose and faction(s). Firstly, it's a prison, so anything to do with prisoners is fine. ‘Transferring’ (Trading) prisoners from planets or prisons to prison stations are acceptable or just remaining stationary as a prison station is also acceptable. But as you can imagine both of these can get extremely boring from time to time and you end up longing for a more exciting vessel. Eventually your Prison will end up hardly used or deleted by the A.D.M.I.N.S. Money wasted, time wasted, blood sweat, tears and all that jazz, wasted.

Don't get me wrong this ship can be a bundle of fun once you get into the mood for some decent grind work, but you tend to find that nobody takes notice of prison liners much. 127 million credits is a lot to ask for something you’re probably not going to end up spending even 20% of your time on. But if you are interested in the prisoner trade and want to earn money from it then you should know that it does come with a hefty hold and defense system. 3300 cells (Units) and nine Class 7 Turrets as well as a huge 600 nanobot/battery capacity for pirates that try and break out some old comrades.}}
