Planet Braillia is the main settlement of those who wish to join the Reapers' cause, with approximately 500 inhabitants. All non military personnel such as families of combatants and public officials reside here, making this a lightly defended area in the Cayman system. All structures and colonies are constructed underground due to the aftermath of operation "Safe Haven". The project's main purpose was to spread cardamine throughout the planet's atmosphere by using a mixture of thermonuclear devices and liquid Cardamine. Although once a beautiful and scenic world, it is now heavily irradiated with gamma radiation, rendering it uninhabitable until the planet can be properly terraformed to re-adjust the climate.
