Puertollano is a small base near the Omicron-81 hole manned by a determined group of volunteers. Their job is to interrogate any ship entering Omicron-81 and give advance information to Cartagena Shipyards and Seguro Refugio on all ships entering the system. Puertollano also co-ordinates all patrols in Omicron-81.
