Pilot carrying this lawful ID is an employee of Samura Industries who:
- Can attack any ship in self-defense, to allied or neutral lawful trader, or in defense of a base of the same affiliation, both within and outside of their Zone of Influence.
- Can attack ships belonging to houses or organizations considered hostile by Kusari within their zone of influence.
- Can attack Golden Chrysanthemum and Blood Dragon everywhere.
- Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except for Farmer's Alliance.
- Can engage in piracy against corporations affiliated with houses at war with Kusari everywhere.
- Can engage in piracy against Kishiro, GMG or Synth Foods outside of house systems.
- Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described as above.
Zone of Influence: Kusari, Rishiri, Tau-29, Sigma-17
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats.
