A Smuggler is basically a Trader that deals in illegal commodities throughout unlawful, neutral and sometimes even lawful bases. Smugglers who are caught shipping illegal commodities (contraband) by house police are treated as law breakers and Hostile. Smugglers are also allowed to ship legal goods from, often disguising themselves as more legitimate traders. A Smuggler can also be breaking the law when carrying illegal commodities if the destination is an unlawful base.
