The eleventh Freeport was designed to make profits, there's no getting around that. There wasn't the thought of exploring or setting up space for Zoners to live as Omicron 74 and Gran Canaria had enough space and thoughts about resources in Omicron Delta would only come after. It was built around the biodome providing food, oxygen and water, for a price.

The singular biodome on this freeport on the edge of civilisation was much larger than all the others, taking advantage of the the rays in the triple sun system. It was found to be a more effective option than the smaller double biodome option for making the resources required for life. The Corsairs, Bounty Hunters, and any fool brave enough would pay dearly for what Freeport 11 had to offer. The Order paid a little less for agreeing to protect the station, along with a few smaller groups which struck similar deals.

There is a bar on the station, where regular pilots partake in refreshments and small talk, but the real talk takes place in the large biodome, in any one of the facilities chosen for their discretion.

Being big enough for mountain ranges, building facilities inside the biodome caused little fuss. These facilities plays host to big meetings, for people who have things to offer the Freeport in turn.

The main resort bar near the entrance to the biodome. It allows people to meet free of charge, assuming you have the right connections. It is sealed off from the rest of the biodome with security doors and guards. You will not make it anywhere else on the dome without permission.

Conference Facility "Talhaus"

The Talhaus building is for large conferences, usually formal meetings between factions seeking to reach an agreement of some sort. It features separate entrances, divisions between refreshment facilities and other areas, and space for armed guards that either party may bring. It is discreet, but costly for smaller groups.

The Corpin Estate

The Corpin Estate is usually used by companies seeking to meet with investors in a comfortable and informal setting. It features electronic security, electrified fences and space for private guards. It is a cost effective option, with the ability of being rented with little notice and for short periods.

The Teppin House

A smaller facility used as a private rendezvous for certain parties. There is no security monitoring, electrified fences and a lot of space for noise.

The LTH Former Research Facility

A small outpost converted into a house that sits above a larger bunker. This is usually not available for rent and is used by Freeport 11 staff for meetings other parties. It has a small contingent of guards nearby and patrols by station staff outside.

The Surrey Retreat

This small outpost was chosen for the meeting between Tobias Parkes and Quiron Lacroix.

It was informal and well secured from any spies, with guards nearby and a bunker underneath. It was quite small, but there were only two people talking so it would not be an issue.

Parkes sat down, taking a deep breath. He had let his 2IC Mio Akiyama take care of station business while he waited for Lacroix to arrive.
“Thank you for your help Black Thirteen and Red Five. I'll be okay from now on.” said Quiron on the ship radio to his escorts while docked one of the hangars of Freeport 11. “You are free during the meeting.”
“Roger that, contact us once it is over.” answered Black Thirteen.

As he descended from his ship, two local security personnel stepped in front of him. “Good day Mr. Lacroix, we are here to escort you to the meeting place. Mr. Parkes is already waiting for you there.” said the man on the right. “This way please.”
“Thank you.” Quiron nodded and the three men started to walk without a single word from then.

Refreshing breeze hit Quiron's care-worn face as they entered the only biodome of Eleven. After the recent conflicts and problems, it was relieving to him. He took a deep breath to feel the scent of this little slice of nature in the middle of nowhere. I should visit biodomes more often. These places always remind me of Gran Canaria.

As they went into the former research facility the two crew member showed the room where Parkes was waiting. He thanked them and entered. “Greetings Mr. Parkes. Good to see you again.” he reached out for a hand shake. “We managed to organize this meeting at last. I hope everything is alright in your station.”
"My friend it is good to see you again." Parkes pried himself up with his cane, smiled and walked forwards to shake Lacroix's hand.

"Please please, sit down. And call me Tobias, we've gotten that far" He said smiling, before motioning towards the chairs and heading to sit back down. He also nodded at the security personnel, who made themselves scarce.

"Obviously, not as grand as the halls of other Zoners, but I think we prefer a more natural approach to these things. There's only a few structures, the rest is either land used in planetforming data research or crop growth." He continued, taking time to marvel outside the room at the scenery of green offered by the biodome.
Quiron sat on a chair facing to Parkes. "Thank you for the warm welcome Tobias, in troubled times it's always refreshing to receive some positive treatment." he said and turned to the window with admiring glances on the environment. "I must say you have made a quite fascinating job here, there is no reason to be ashamed of it. I actually prefer this simplicity to ostentation."

He turned back to his host. "How is Eleven doing nowadays? I hope the recent regrettable events in Omicron-74 didn't have any negative impact in your well-being."
"Unfortunately, it was not by my hands. I can barely bend down these days." Parkes laughed, but he felt the warmth from the compliment.

"We're doing okay out here on the frontier. People are still buying from us. The Corsairs and the Core still need supplies for their soldiers and both have a pretty direct link here." Parkes started describing the situation before sighing.

"The problem is, we're not getting that many people selling to us. We are a primary producer so we can meet the basic needs for survival, but anything past that is hard to get out here. Xenobiotic filters for instance, or alloys to upkeep the station, any electronics for recreation or computers, they're all hard to come by. People think the Zoner Alliance are unstable, and I can't blame them. Even I don't know what's going on." Parkes rubbed his temples, before drinking a cup of water on the table to clear his throat.

"I have the ears here, but I don't have eyes, so all my information is twisted by whoever is talking at the time." He shared quite a lot with Lacroix, and he looked for a way for Freeport 11 to thrive. It was hard situation he was describing to Lacroix, with difficult supply lines and neighbours that weren't so neighbourly.
While listened to Tobias, Quiron nodded with a symtatethic expression in his face. "I understand absolutely this situation. We, the Phoenix, have a decent amount of transports and pilots yet we struggle to upkeep our installations. This place is just far from everything." he said.

He poured some water into a glass, drank and continued. "To my mind, most of the people who hang around to these parts of the sector usually flee from the society for a certain reason, whatever it is. You cannot pay enough to make them return into that mess. But those who are willingly coming for business purposes are rare as hen's teeth. The distance, the frequency of alien attacks, the closeness of the Corsair homeworld, it doesn't really worth to ship into the deep Omicrons due to these factors."

After having another sip of the glass, he finished his train of thoughts. "While I'm not a part of our trade department, we maybe can help you out somehow. As the extension of Livadia Palace is still an ongoing project, Phoenix transports frequently venture to the bordering worlds of the Houses. I'm sure we can pick up some goods for Eleven as well." Quiron said with conviction.
Parkes nodded sagely, knowing how precarious the situation this deep in the Omicrons were.

"I really do appreciate your help Quiron. Out here on the edge we need to stick together." Parkes said, taking another sip before continuing, "I am sure we can come up with credits to make shipping of the rarer materials we need out here worth it. I also have some facilities for people in your group who wish to holiday whilst still being outside the reach of the Houses."

Parkes paused for a second, furrowing his old brows and reforming some wrinkles on his face, "The real problem is the constant flow of inhabitants in Omicron 74. In the days of the Omicroners that place was locked down tight and trouble went away almost immediately. These days, the leadership seems to change every day. I see new faces, new groups and hear a lot of shooting. I need some trusted eyes to let me know what's going on in there."
Quiron rubbed his short beard and made a slight nod. "Indeed, I remember those times. The system security was well-organized, every station was runned by us. So much have changed since then..." he spaced out a little.

"I'm not really sure how much you know about the happenings in 74, but everything changed there. After the Omicroner exodus, Freeport XV fell under OSI's supervision, while the shipyard remained in our custody, who decided to stay in Sirius. I can't say much about Sparta or Corinth, haven't been in that cloud for ages."

His look became gloomy and sighed. "As you can see Tobias, the system is divided now, no more legislative bodies, no more law enforcement. Only groups with different approach and claims."

"If you call a same star system as home along with others, it's essential to communicate with the locals when you want to make noticeable changes which affect them as well. And the lack of this kind of communication have led to the current situation, as I see." Quiron observed his conversational partner if he understands him so far. "I assume you know whom am I talking about."

He stood up and walked to the window looking through it with crossed arms. "And now it is completely out of hand. Things happen so fast that I couldn't even follow. Strangers occupied 74, foreign warships are frequent within the perimeters, machines from Gammu, Corsairs, the Order. And I barely see the end of it."
The Corpin Estate

Tobias Parkes had made it home. It had been one hell of a ride and his health was paying the price. He was already an old man.

Omega Squad guards had helped carry him in from the Eagle in the hangar. The medbay that was available to most visitors was out of the question, so the Corpin Estate was used instead.

Akiyama was waiting, "Sir, I know you're not well enough, but we have a strong show of support from an older bunch of Zoner Guardsmen. Their leader would like to meet you personally."

"I can handle it. Go back to running the station. Demesa will hang around." Parkes coughed out.

Demesa stood idly by for the time being. They were safe for now, but there was some severe wear and tear. The TAZ's attempts to silence Parkes by capturing him had been thwarted at great cost.

"Now all we have to worry about is the idiotic CoF chairman getting his knickers in a knot." She said, whilst heading into another room to get some rest and get changed into her usual armoured attire.

David Dvir entered the Corpin Estate grounds. His plethora of guards were left back at the entrance to the biodome, save one, which accompanied him to the estate.
