Koeln system
Months have passed since Liberty's underworld and the barrier pass were in the bane of two Corvos flying under the Maltese flag. The Rioreusu and the Ganototosu, commanded by their captains who's names were also Rioreusu and Ganototosu for some reason. Luckily for the victims of these terrors, they were only a pair, as opposed to the combined massive fleet of their targets. One would beg to differ whether those scoundrels were really the instigators. What sensible men would dare pick a fight with every single being they encountered? Judging by logic, it seems like the typical case of the bullies picking on two shrimps, while afterwards writing them off as radical terrorists. Truth is written by the victor, after all. But unfortunately for Sirius...
They weren't sensible. And they had guns, thus they were scary.
After their defeat, the captains had decided to have a change of pace. Deciding to hide in the shadows for a while, they started breeding more complicated plans, taking into consideration their need for a bigger force. While they would have loved to execute every living being they could find which struggled at their attempted grasp for power, and reserving positions as slaves for those that surrendered to their will, they knew it would force them into a guerilla war with the rest of Sirius. This didn't satisfy them. They wanted to steamroll everything in their path without stopping, without remorse. Realisation had hit them.
They needed an army.
