Meine Damen und Herren,

As you may remember, I was a member of the Rheinland Mid Command.
Half a year ago I was, under the circumstances in my family (which I do not wish to discuss), forced to leave the Primary Fleet, so I could act freely without a fear of causing an inter-space conflict. Many months have passted since that day and now, I thankfully managed to solve this problem and put everything back to „normal“. I know I should let you know about these problems earlier, but I am sure you will understand, even though I can not tell you anything more about it.

Now, when this is finally over, I would like you to reconsider my request to join the Primary fleet once again. I would appreciate the opportunity to fight alongside the proud members of the Rheinland Military fleet, as it was back in the old days. However if you decide to reject my request... I will understand that.
