Greetings ladies and gentleman this is captain John Mark speaking.
First of all let me introduce myself. I am John Mark- captain of the "XT-16" Prison Liner. Some of you may noticed me near Manhattan planet.
You are probably asking yourself why am i trying to speak to you.... well let me explain.
I am captain of this ship for a quite long time and yet i have seen so many things in Liberty, lots of violence, disrespect, piracy.....
The Liberty Police and Navy are arresting criminals and to export them to the nearest prison the have to go all the way to Texas, that is quite risky job. the XT-16 is giving them opportunity to shift the criminal(s) from their ship to our prison and by that save time. When we reach the certain number of criminals we export them to Texas prison with high security escort.

Few years ago my crew and i searched for highly respected scientists, our goal was to make a "device" that can make our prison invisible for specific time. After almost 2 years of gathering scientists we came up with a solution...... our scientists made these following blueprints:

That is the actual model of so called "Cloaking device" that will be able to make out prison as i said earlier- invisible.
We came to the part when i have to tell you why i need you. For this device to be made we will need these goods:



1. Basic Alloy---> 25.000 units

3. Superconductors---> 10.000 units
4. Engine Components---> 7.000 units
5. Optronics---> 3.000 units
6. Polymers---> 3.500 units
