I'm Lena Atzenbruck, writing on behalf of ALG Waste Disposal.
You're certainly aware of the situation in Munich, specifically regarding the remains of Augsburg Orbital Colony.

Our intention now is to establish a proper industrial facility capable of processing the heterogeneous remains of the station and providing a continuous output of goods.
We plan to create a smelter capable of creating ship or station paneling and construction alloys from raw scrap and remains found locally as well as processed metals we can import.

Due to your expertise in industrial construction, we'd like to form a contract with DHC. The contract will entail the construction of a sufficiently sized smelter for processing raw scrap and the machinery for forging bulk alloys and more specialized station and ship structural components.
The raw materials needed can be provided by our own hauling fleet.
