Guten tag herr Administrator,
I am Erica Hartmann. I am sending this message to inform you of a problem i encountered outside your freeport.
After having been waylaid by a pirate, a cruiser class vessel which seemed to be an artificial intelligence undocked from the freeport and threatened, and eventually fire upon the pirate.
This AI seemed to be malfunctioning, as it appeared unusually hostile. I grant that it was a pirate, but this AI kept broadcasting nonsense about it being "assigned" to the freeport to protect people. While it showed no hostility towards myself and the other trader present, its level of hostility and violence was disturbing none the less.
I have CC'd the BAF high command because of the proximity of planet sprague.
