Incidents:- Discovery of new base in Houston orbit, Texas system.
- Update on Mimasaka Base, Honshu system.
"Two minor contacts to report signori. video feed on these is just coming in as I speak now."
"The first, a new installation in orbit of planet Houston in the Texas system, possibly a future defense network against Rheinland attackers, doesnt pose any threat to us or our operations but may hinder smuggling operations onto the planets surface, though this remains to be seen."
"Second, an update on the base we found in the Honshu system, It appears to have been eagerly fed and is already at Stage 2 of its construction. Our forces have yet to see any transport approaching or leaving the station so we are still unable to determine whom the base belongs to however it remains neutral for the time being."
"This base is not near enough to a jumphole to cause us any concern, and will cause only a minor annoyance to our smuggling forces, since they will have to go around and give the station a wide birth should it spring any defences."

"Signores, im not immediately sure what this means as of yet, we just recieved a subspace message from a patrol craft heading to the south omicrons. perhaps you can make heads or tails of it, a massive fleet of ships was spotted congregating inside the Zoners Omicron 74 system. This included ships of Order, TAZ, and our blood enemy, the Corsairs massing what seemed to be a combined fleet!"
"But im afraid that isnt the worst of it signores, our scout spotted an unsual ship with horrifyingly destructive potential. from the data gleamed from the distance scan our scout managed to take it appears its weapon systems output is beyond what more than half of our entire fleet can produce in a full battle flashed in a single instant! whos is this craft? Could it.. could it really be our enemies have joined forces and constructed the ultimate weapon?"
