Good day Rheinlanders, allow me to introduce myself. Sigismund Rask is the name. I am the administrator of Freeport 9 in the Omicron Theta system.

I have just been informed that one of your secondary fleet carriers has been using my freeport as a base. This is most displeasing and will cause an endless amount of problems with the neighbors, most of whom have quite large and threatening ships.

Now, i dont mind if members of your marineneshc....marineneshche.. those curious fellows with the long coats occasionally make stops at the freeport, but a obscene and large warship openly parking right on the doorstep?

I assume that you are not responsible for this dashed tomfoolery, but im sure you have some means of withdrawing this imbecile. If not, well then more problems will occur. I look forward to your reply.
