Further to our previous conversation,
we sent a ship after a cluster wreck in
New York where there was an array of
ships varying from Stortas, Asco's and
assorted Warans. Not one Rogue was
seen and unfortunately in the sacrifice,
guncam shots corrupted in the final
broadcast. However there is still audio
recordings available, but I see little need
for them at this moment.

I also dealt with another Outcast Storta
lingering around Alcatraz. He was given
his message to leave but refused to take
it so he was dispatched. Items below
for your viewing pleasure.

As it is, there are new targets out there
and here is a list of ships we were able to
identify and pursue to ensure they can
no longer use Rogue assets to commit
crimes against us.

It appears this Tutashkia is another clown similar to the CGS group.
Treat him as the same.

Hank,

These troublesome Outcast vessels are to be made
an example of to all other pilots. You know the drill.

I too have compiled a large enough backlog of missions’ reports
being brought to my attention naming this increasing resistance
of Capital Class Vessels. I propose we set out and establish
an internal register of Vessels not complying with
our Rogue Code of Conduct.

Measures will then be taken to exterminate these vermin
from our homes. I have recently acquired some additional –funding-
I had been holding on to for bigger things. However,
I’m sure if some of it were to go ‘missing’ to fund the upkeep
of this register nobody would notice, right?

I’m sure Lord Moka will agree with us.
This needs to be sorted... And it needs to start now.
