Good morning, gentlemen and ladies of the Planetform Inc.
My name is Chris Tyler, Chief Administrative Officer of the Orbital Spa and Cruise. I don't wanna waste your precious time, so I'll get straight to the point: I am contacting you regarding a possible contract proposal.
Two months ago we began a project, called "Orbital's Jurassic Park". In just a few words, is about building a unique theme park, a kind of controlled natural environment for growing many different of vegetation types, flora and fauna species brought from all over the Sirius, especially those that are considered to be at risk of extinction and in some way will resemble Earth of Triassic period, from the old Sol. Basically, we intend to create a new place of interest for tourists.
After extensive searches, we thought that planet Erie have the most proper climate system. We found there an small uninhabited island, named Pelle, and it seems to be exactly what we're looking for. So Orbital Spa and Cruise bought this island from Liberty Police Inc. and soon, we expect to receive the property ownership certificate.
The island has a surface area of 41.79 km2, temperatures that rarely go over 32 degrees and precipitations relatively well distributed year-round, but given the variety of species that will be brought on this island and their needs to survive, we concluded that a controlled environment through a process of terraforming is absolutely necessary, before to start the construction. Here is the map provided by the Liberty Police Inc. but we will create soon a detailed cadastral map with temperatures that we want to be adjusted for each parcel. To be more explicit: before discussing other details such as the estimated cost or the execution time, we would like to know if Planetform Inc. specialists are able to transform the environment of this island in a such way to have multiple temperatures on different parcels!? Of course, if you need to check the island, will be a pleasure for me to lead you there.
Thank you for your time and I will be looking forward to your response.
