Dear Captain
It has been reported that at 2217 hours on the 24th of May your vessel did enter the No Fire Zone and loiter for some considerable time before mooring at the station. While this is not a serious offence we at the Confederation feel that having capital class vessels not of Zoner make and crew loitering in space near and moored at the station to be borrowing trouble.
As such we would like to request that in future that you either remain outside of the No-Fire-Zone or come in, perform your business quickly and leave as stated by the following law
Code:
5. No capital class vessel shall remain within the NFZ of any given Freeport unless assisting CoF personnel or the vessel in question is granted temporary permission by on-duty CoF personnel. Capital class vessels that are asked to leave the NFZ shall do so immediately or face the full ramifications of violating Freeport laws.
5. A) Capital class vessels include Destroyer, Cruiser, Battlecruiser, Carrier, Battleship and Dreadnought class vessels. Not included in this definition are Gunboat and Gunship class vessels and below.
5. B) This rule does not apply to Zoner capital class vessels.Please understand that this is not because you are a Corsair captain, we ask this of all Capital class vessels of Non-Zoners, while it may not be your intention to cause an incident near the station one of your enemies may not be so considerate.
As the vessel in question was not actually a tagged Confederation security vessel I shall let the incident slide for now as it would not have been immediately recognisable that the ship was deputised but in future be assured that any vessels will be subject to the full pentalies for noncompliance.
