Topic purpose changed into discussion about the KTA| faction.
ID/IFF?
looking forward to interacting with you around kusari.
Hostile
Bretonia Corporations (officially; forced by Kusari government)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but they are not hostiles in Kusari, they are just "unwelcome"; the Laws might be outdated on this, as the tension seems to be easing up; Samura is now allowed to trade in Bretonia, so I don't think Kusari would treat Bretonian corporations as hostile in return. For example, Gateway is not even considered unwelcome, just BMM and Bowex.

Of course, it is still not stated which ID/IFF you use, so that also take a major role in this (as Samura, you surely should not treat Bret corps hostile for example).
Thanks for pointing it out. Will correct the info.

Drrobe:
Freelancer ID, IFF not needed (of course, cannot be Unlafwul, Enforce, Pirate). The restart however is KuCivilian, what gives easy access to all Kusari bases (including unlawful ones). inRP stance makes KTA hostile neither to Dragons nor GC.

I was thinking of Miner ID on some vessels as well, since it's rather more commerce faction that just trading, but it would impact relations between KTA and unlawfuls I believe. Freelancer ID is more... flexible in this matter.
THE REGISTRATION OFFICE IS NOW OPEN.

I'm just going to suggest having your members read the Kusari Codex a bit more thoroughly.

Not only insulting a Kusari State Police ID'd character (I'd have been entirely fine if it stopped at that, really), but ignoring orders given by a law enforcer, as well as basically -pirating- and threatening to shoot said Police officer as a Samura ID'd ship is a bit... well, upsetting?
It was a char of the leader I think.. I guess it had iRP reasons to be so aggressive against the alien artifact.
//Katsuyori Takeda is the leader, Hyouge Mono is just an escort pilot with different experiences from the past (that Katsu was rather unaware of while gathering every skilled pilot, because he himself is just little more than an economist). inRP Katsuyori isn't even aware yet of the accident, by the way.

//Hyouge Mono was the one who insulted RKS pilot, not whole KTA membership. Note that Hyouge pointed out at Daichi not to get involved. KTA is fully aware of the Kusari Codex, Hyouge also is. But you should note that behaviour of this pilot was influenced by something else - he became more concious (and confused at the same time) after the artifact left the scene. Moreover, Hyouge was traumatised in Omicrons (while he concluded research onto Dom Ka'vosh artifacts with another character, Tsuzumi Mori), what I should put out into characters bio after I get back from UK.

//Oh and it wasn't supposed to be assault - this is how coming in a wrong place and wrong time makes misunderstanding. Hyouge, because of his military experience, wanted to blow hole in hull to get rid of the artifact (which could not affect the structural integrity - as he was aware of the very bad condition of the ship). Simply, he had too many encounters with artifacts that were active - just a back luck, if you asked me.

(I was the mining vessel) I just want to state that the artifact indeed was just a harmless piece of crystal and metal with alien signs carved in. It had no real influence over anyone. I suppose it was a psychological effect due to the trauma in the Omicrons?

If it would endanger the structural integrity of the ship or not is my decision. And I definitely told that it would damage/destroy vital parts of the ship/the ship itself. The police officer did right with preventing it.

I really enjoyed the encounter though, people acting due to their backstory is always interesting. Kudos for that!
