Hola amigo,

The Council has heard of your recent accomplishments in Inverness, and congratulate you for your efforts. What was described by seƱorita Espinosa as a beautiful ocean world as seen from high orbit, is certainly an accomplishment worth celebrating.

Onto the matter of your request, the Council has reached a decision on their stance of the issue, but can offer little in terms of the physical vessel for which you seek. Put simply, the Crimson Fleet isn't able to spare any of the few numbers that compose the flotilla.

The Council recognizes however, that there is more than one way to assist you, and sees a possible opportunity for both parties to benefit in both strength and partnership.

However, given the extended period of time it has taken the Council to hear your request, we are inclined to ask:

Has your request been answered already by the others representing Malta? If so, the Crimson Council apologizes, and both parties will be on their merry way.

If not, you know how to contact us.

Safe skies to you and your people,

--The Crimson Council

Dear Crimson council,

Thanks for your answer,
I am happy that the crimson council has studied our offer.
It's is true that other parties have done offers, but we havent a deal yet and we are ready to listen every offer before to choose.
We understand that you can't give us a huge and beautiful ships has storta, but has you said, i am sure that we can find a way to a both profitable deal.

i would like to hear your offer, your conditions and what you ask in exchange.

In hope to have a deal with you soon,
best regards

John McAllister,
Administrator of Forres project

Hola amigo,

The Council is glad to hear back from you signore McAllister, we've been discussing your proposition for the past few days now and have come to a decision.

Put simply, the Crimson Cross is incapable of giving the Congress the vessel they're requesting. A RM-2A Storta for the defense of a non-Outcast system... not exactly the top priority of the Cross, meanwhile our own miniscule fleet struggles to grow.

Luckily for you however, this decision coincided with a little discovery on the part of one of our patrols down in the systems near Congress space. With this discovery, came the possibility for both parties present here to get what they want,

Put simply, the Cross is in need of a salvaging and repairing crew, and you just happen to have some of the best in Sirius. So, should you be willing to help us with this, we'd be willing to part with the schematics to construct a single RM-1 Storta class vessel.

You'll notice we say the RM-1. The RM-2A model uses some tech for its core that were... not quite wiling to part with sorry to say, Mind you however, that the model you'll be receiving the schematics for are nearly the same as the RM-2A, just minus the experimental core technology. Trust us, were doing you a favor here.

Further terms regarding the specifics of the Storta-class vessel are as follows:

Quote:Should the Congress agree to the offer mentioned above, the following conditions apply:
-The vessel is to remain solely as a defense vessel of the Inverness, and Puerto Rico systems, primarily for that of the Forres project.
-It is to maintain a 50% Crimson Cross crew membership at all times, with the same proportions being applied to the Officers as well
-At no time, is the RM-1's core to be modified in any way.
-At no time, is the ship to enter any House space, including Colonial territories. It is to remain solely for Defense.
-Once Planet Forres is stable and habitable, the construction of a Crimson Cross-operated temple is to be permitted as a community hub for any and all Maltese living planet-side.

Once we have gathered more information on Project Shattered Blade, we will contact you with specifics, a location and time to retrieve the subject in question. Once it has begun repairs, we shall then escort down to your space the schematics, along with our own engineering corps and the crew of the future Storta.

If what the Council has presented here is acceptable, you know how to contact us. We will await your response.

Safe skies to you and your people,

--The Crimson Council

Dear Crimson council,

Thanks for your answer,
Of course the congress is ready to help you in salvaging and repairing a ship, however, we will need more details to prepare our team.
We would like to know the location of the ship, his class and who build it.
After this, we will probably bring the wreckage to the closest shipyard and start reparation.

About the RM-1 Storta, i would like to know excactly what are difference between them?
I would propose you an idea. I am sure that if your engineers and ours can work on an upgraded version of your ship. This could be a good opportunity for you to have best cruiser in outcast ranks and probably in sirius.

About lands on Forres, Congress will be happy to give you some acres in Iron town. However, i remind you that everyone on the planet is free to do what they want until they dont create trouble and we will not allow religious trouble.

Hola amigo,

The Council is glad to hear that you are interested in helping us.

As for the specifics... we'll forward you the report itself from our pilot.

To summarize: We have located the scorched, broken remains of a Cruiser-class vessel in Bering. Put simply; We want it.

We'll arrange with one of our Crusaders in the area to escort you and your teams to the wreck. Be advised, the wreck is on a rather... dangerous orbit, at it lowest dipping into the more dangerous portions of the star. So, bring a heavily shielded vessel and plenty of anti-radiation medication.

We'll discuss particulars of its condition after it's been recovered.

Safe skies to you and yours,

Dear Crimson council,

Thanks for your answer,
I am sure that we can bring back this ship to Vieques Shipyard in Puerto Rico.
That's not really far away, and we have all materials to bring back a wreck and fix it at this shipyard.
However, during this operation, we will probably need an escort.
A wing of snubs should be place at a reasonable distance from the congress convoy and help them in case of trouble. We cant fly openly together in Liberty but we need you in support just in case of a bad encounter.
Once the wreck at Vieques shipyard, our enginner will analyse it and do an action plan to fix it.
We would like to start the building of the Storta at Vieques shipyard too at the same time of the fixing if you agree?

I am waiting of your news to plan the convoy and start fixing.

With best regards,
John McAllister,
Administrator of Forres project

Hola amigo,

We'll need a couple of days to get a full patrol down there. We have a number of ships down in the Kansas-area, and are re-routing. They are bound for Puerto Rico as we speak, so they'll call on you when they're ready to move.

Be prepared, and as previously stated, make sure your ships are heavily shielded from radiation.

Safe skies to you and yours,

Dear Crimson council,

Thanks for your answer,
A convoy of congress ship is ready at Puerto Rico.
This ships have been built to go almost everywhere in sirius, they should be able to handle radiation.
Once you are in Puerto Rico, ask for me at vieques shipyard and we will go for this wreck.

With best regards,
John McAllister,
Administrator of Forres project

Dear Crimson council,

The convoy of congress ship brought back the wreck of the Hel cruiser to Puerto Rico with the assistance of your man.
It was a great help that he could help us.
For the moment, the ship is docked at La Fortaleza base.
Our engineers already work on it to bring it back to Vieques shipyard.
Our engineers already did a revision of the ship and sent me a list of commodities needed to fix it:

Quote:Super Structure:
_ Basic alloy: 5000 units
_ Industrial Materials: 4000 units
_ Titanium : 1500 units

Main Reactor:
_ Iridium: 5000 units
_ Industrial Materials: 5000 units
_ Super Alloy: 3000 units

Engine system:
_ Engine components: 7000 units
_ High Temperature Alloy: 3000 units
_ Super alloy: 1000 units

Sensor system:
_ Optronics: 500 units
_ Super alloy: 1000 units

If you could send us blueprint of the Storta, however, we wont build your beautiful ship now i think. Our engineers have found blueprint of the Hel cruiser in the central computer and we will probably build this ship.
We will use your blueprint later for sure, however we think that we cant build this two ships at the same times, our engineers have to stay focus on only one.
Once the Hel cruiser is ready, we will contact you again about the building of a Storta.

With best regards,
John McAllister,
Administrator of Forres project
