This is Vice Admiral John Hayter, we apologize that our Fleet Admiral couldn't contact you in such an important matter, but he's realy busy as the fleet is still beeing prepared. I think, you've met our Freedom Interceptor Wing (FIW or V-Wing lead by Wing Commander Adam Rockford) in battle against a group of Wilde, D9, the Aoi Isejin and some Royalists in Bretonia. Our wing did a great job in removing the infectee threat but wasn't able to hold strong against the Royalist force which assisted the infectees. Yes, our wing has sent a distress call before disappearing. The excuse of "Not responding is an act of hostility" is unaccaptable as my men were fighting an Aoi and instead of assisting then asking, they went by brute force and attacked our Wing. However, this is not the point of our calling. We are declaring here by:

To assist you in Bretonia against any Hostile force (except Rheinland, Kusari and the remnants of Hispania)

Thus, we would like you to support our cause and grant us docking access, aswell as leaving one of our Envoy Vessels with one of our finest diplomats. I think it will benefit both of us. Your support would be more than welcome and appreciated, cause we're indeed in a great need of support thus we're offering our lifes in order to protect the Houses from any outside threat.

I recieved your message and if I understand your "to assist you in Bretonia against any Hostile force" correctly you are offering your combat abilities to Bretonian corporations?

I could use some more defence around my emplyees, name it escort or protection or bounty. May I ask on what payment basis you work? Do work on Bounty contract?

If you also request a room and docking access, as well as a suite for your diplomats, that may be arranged.

We are the currently building up a fleet which would represent and fight in the name of the Alliance remnants, the Sirius Alliance Star Fleet. We're a group of retired officers, previously served in the house enforcer craft and mostly Freelancers which tries to build a Loyalist Fleet which would fight and server in the name of the 5 Houses together with the Hispanian remnants the other 2 'small Houses' aswell. I am pleased to hear that you and your forces are resuming operations. It has been some time since we last saw your people operating in our space, so we would like to request an update on any available information. Whatever you can provide, including whom exactly you intend to operate against, would be wonderful. Once recieved, I'll present this to the Admiralty Board and arrange a more formal contract of sorts, outlining what Bretonia expects of you, and what you may expect in return.
