It is my pleasure to finally hear from your group. I have encountered an agent of yours in the past who claimed I shall be contacted at some point, and here you are. I believe there is not much I can do regarding Outcast pilots in Liberty which are not affiliated to the Ghosts, but I assure you I will try my best to keep that from repeating itself.

As for our technology - We are very proud of it, but exceptions can be made, of course. As you probably already know, we have some of the best scientists in whole Sirius, but there is still a lot of research to be done, especially regarding the technology available to you. In return for a few of our new fighters, I ask for a couple of your Hybrid blasters - those really caught my eye. Along with that, I also ask for one of your veils which you managed to adapt to your ships. In return, I would also be willing to provide you with several Outcast weapons of your choice. The technology you provide us will be used for research purposes to better understand how it works.

Hopefully, you agree to the terms above which could provide the Ghosts with the necessary knowledge - and provide the Division Nine some diversity.
