Hello dear junkers. My name is Tenzen and i am the vice director of the C.B.I, or the Coalition Intelligence Bureau. After the Director let me ask you on his behalf about our relations.

While we would love to keep nice relation to the junker community, maybe even rather mutual helping relations, we wanted to check, since if you might not be aware the SCRA wants to have full control over the Services and Factions which establish under their wing, we are the most "Independent' one of them.

From this i meen we want to build our own relations and friendships, not e fully based on the SCRA one.

Now for the freindship of the factions we hire ourself to:

contract Wrote:The C.B.I will let the Junkers opperate free in the home system of SCRA.
We hire ourself, to help at need, when one of you is pirated or threaten.
We promise that the Junkers will have priority towards any futher project which is/will be developed

But from this there has to be a mutual win,so we ask from the Junkers
Contract Wrote:The Junkers have to help the C.B.I with a monthly 6000 units of premium scrap.
We ask to be help in order to achive a fully opperational trading vessel to be outfite in order to fullfil the needs of a top notch Reserch and Development vessel.

With this we wish to achive a fruitful relationship with the two biggest Junker Factions.

With the best regards
Tenzen, the Vice-director of the C.B.I

Greetings, Mr. Tenzen

Your proposal of mutually beneficial business is quite intriguing. I do not know if the SCRA and Congress had any past relations, but I see no obstacle for this partnership.

The proposals you presented are acceptable for us; however, before we say anything, we would like to have some clarification on the last one:
"We ask to be help in order to achive a fully opperational trading vessel to be outfite in order to fullfil the needs of a top notch Reserch and Development vessel."

What type or kind of vessel would you need exactly? I'd like to know to see whether this task can be completed in a reasonable timy frame. Would you like to build a vessel from scratch, or you have a hull/ship already at your disposal, and it only needs repairs and refurbishing?

Awaiting your answer.

Good day sir..This is such a mood changed you got here.We keep to thank you for the aproval of our request.

Now we know that we were not clear enought with the last one. We have the plans for a Slavager and A Pirat Train, but we have no hull..But since you create those kind of ships i would ask you the price of a:
A.Buying for the Junkers the salvager or the pirat train(Including the main equipament for a decent level of flight and then the secondary costs for the ajustments in order to fulfil the needs)
B. The Costs of getting a hull in bad shape and the secondary cost of it's reabilitations and equiping.

We look forwards for the chance to aquire the ship or ships depending on the price and our monetary status..In case we will buy the both we would like to ask for a discount since we will send already a big supposed amount of cash towards the Junker Congress.

Till later notice

Greetings, Mr. Tenzen

I'm sorry to say, but we cannot provide you with a Salvager. Those are specially built ships for families in the scrapper business. They are both home for them, and a sign of their trade. New ships are hardly ever made. Existing ships are passed down from generation to generation. Wrecked hulls are always brought back to our shipyard, fixed up, and handed to young members of the scrapper families. I hope you understand.

However, we can provide you with brand new Pirate Trains. Each vessel costs 90.600.000 credits (weapons and armor NOT included); a fully equipped ship (weapons, armor, better thruster, etc) has a price around 120 million. Those are made on Invergordon Space Port in Inverness. I do not know of any used PTrains for sale right now; we have one or two wrecks, but their condition is so bad we are planning to scrap them. Repairing those might cost almost as much as building a new ship.

Tell us how many PTrains you need, and we can discuss discounts and prices after that. Also, do you require us to deliver the ships, or you will come to Inverness to take them?

UPDATE:
I just heard that we will need some kind of approval to enter your system (Omega-52), or we will get shot at. Will you take care of this at your superiors/main body of the SCRA, or we should to send a separate transmission to take care of this?

Awaiting your answer.

Mister Wayland..Good to hear from you again..I am sorry for this time of wating, but there i had to talk to our director to get some ropes cute, into your request to Visa, however sadly he was not able to get more then rather a quick response on your Visa future application and putting a good word in the leadership.

Now about out ships. Our specialists told us that they need two of the P-trans. One which has to be a moving lab and the second only outfited to a trading vessel. On that note, for the money we are giving you , we would like to know if we could get a discount of the final price , since we will be asking after we get the ship, the Junkers to fetch us the final materials to equip the ships..I am ready to see a meeting for the director and you or the leaders of the Junkers to discuss the all we need.

We hope for the best of the sides and aswell a healty friendship, which would only lead to nice endevours.

Greetings, Mr. Tenzen

As our Visa is not yet ready, I suggest you bring a minimal crew to Inverness to man the ships, and you take them home yourself. This way you can get the ships sooner, as you don't have to wait for our Visa. You can submit the list of needed materials after we got permission to ship them to your intended destination.

About the prices: the standard Pirate Train outfitted for transportation costs around 120 million with armor, weapons, and optional gear. These ships are not precisely meant to serve as science vessels, but it is possible to outfit them that way. However, the ship's inner structure needs a major overhaul to fit the equipment and safety measures needed on a research ship. I asked the shipwright crew on Invergordon, and they said a Pirate Train refitted this way will cost around 150 million credits. However, as a discount, we will provide you both ships on factory price, which is around 120 million credits per ship (93 million for the basic vessel, plus equipment of your choosing), 240 million total for the two ships. I think it would be the most simple to pay this directly on Invergordon at when you receive your new vessels.

We already have a few ships in construction, but we will need some time to finish the modifications for the science vessel. The foreman calculated that both ships will be ready in about a week, or five days at best. I will tell you when they are ready, and we can arrange a meeting to make the handover and discuss what else you need.

Kind regards,

This is Maxis The head of C.B.I. My Vice-Director informed me with what you had going on here, and so i decided to give this a small chat. I have to say i am pleased upon the asnwer given, and with no harm intended i am hard man to please, but i guess you along the Congress have rubbed me in the right way.

Now since not many see me , i wish to arrange at my arrival on Invergedon. I wish that when my ship arrives to have some of your man help me, since i am not sure the exact system which Invergedon is placed or nor how to get there. So is either you guys give me a map or you send some people to help me ge to Invergedon.

Now i am not sure who's the direct head of the Congress but i wish to speak in private with him and you aswell..Since there has to be something which i can't say directly here, but that is not to be disputed here. Anyhow, we like the price and what you can come up with...When you do need to enter the Omega-52nd, please contact me to be near you when you fly around...I have to say Avoid entering Omega-52nd while no agent of mine is around or your visa is not done. That's just to keep the SCRA of any suspicions or even worse having to abduct your men and women for their rather childish reasons.

With this i will announce my arrival time when i know everything is set and there will not be anything to be worried about.

With kind regards
Maxis the head of
C.B.I

Greetings, Mr. Maxis.

I will arrange a meeting with our first in command. About the travel: I think we can meet in Omega-49, and proceed to Inverness from there.

About the deliveries: if you can arrange, we don't even have to enter your system to deliver you the needed goods. We can meet in Omega-49 and transfer the merchandise from our ships to yours, and you deliver them to their final destination where that is. This way we can avoid entering into a restricted system, but we can complete the task.

Kind regards,
.:j:. Adam Wayland, Rheinland Director
