Only cap ships. Oh god. Can you not write up and background or anything? Like, put some effort into this? Explain why you're only using Caps. Explain where you came from. Explain everything.

Don't see the problem. Let the man spam caps. Not like it matters if they're plainly MNS- tagged or have a [501st] tag on top of that.

Plus, if they ever go to Liberty it makes for easier FR5ing from Junker bases!

Well concidering no on FR5s in Liberty anymore. LN is inactive and therefore there is no one in Liberty that can make the junkers to FR5 reported pirates.
