We would like to obtain license for shipping SynthPaste into Kusari and Bretonia. We also would like to sign a pact, in which our Kyushu Rice, from farms not belonging to Samura, would be acceptable to be shipped by KTA into Liberty and Rheinland.

As you can see, we are supplying our fellow unaffiliated farmers from Kyushu, as opposition to the Samura monopoly on Kyushu Rice. SynthPaste and Kyushu Rice from non-Samura farms should not be rivals, but equally obtainable goods in whole Sirius Sector.

I believe such agreement would be profitable one for our companies. We are open for negotiations, as well.

Your proposition is an interesting one, but it is one that does not come lightly. Kyushu Rice has been and continues to be a primary competitor for us, and is one of the few remaining barricades from total market control of Kusari's food market. While I see no issue in issuing a limited-use license (at a fee, of course) to market Synth Paste and Gel throughout Sirius, it will take more than the rice being "independent" for me to be content with having you ship it.

If you are still interested in a Paste and Gel license, let me know. We can work something out, at least in that regard.

Sorry for our belated reply, but we got our own problems. Looks like Kyushu Rice is out of question for now, as the "unknown" force sabotaged our farms settled on Planet Kyushu. Still, our proposal to get license on Synth products is still open.

Maybe, perhaps one day, KTA will develop their own version of rice, which will be not a rival to Synth Foods, Inc. products.

What fee for such license on both items would be?

In regards to the purchase of a Synth Paste and Gel shipping license, those will be 10.000.000 cr/month and 15.000.000 cr/month respectively, payable to Synth|Food.for.Thought now and at the first of every month afterward. If necessary, payment can be delayed up to (14) days without a late fee and/or cancellation, but notice must be given that the payment will be late, and all best efforts are to be made to pay the next payment on time (the first of the month). Should you have any questions or concerns, return them on this frequency.
