I'm gettin' right down to business, since it's late and I'm tired. Black sent me an image of your station exploding. Now, we Rogues really don't like it when people move in on our turf without so much as a word. Allow me to reference something from the Rogues Code of Conduct:
1.5: Construction of Bases.
Under no circumstances will bases being built be tolerated without express prior permission from Lord Moka himself. Any base discovered with out prior approval will be destroyed, no matter the owner.
