To officers and the crews of Hessen Armee,
Recent developments have forced Oberkomando to reevaluate current strategy and conclude that approach employed is inssuficient.
This necessiates need for new grand strategy for RHA to be developed and implemented to increase Armee's effectiveness against current situation.
To this end Hauptmann Draay and Hauptmann von Bartels were elevated to the ranks of Brigadegeneral and Major, officializing their positions as leaders, and tasked with development of new strategy for dealing with battles to come.
In addition to this Oberkomando agreed to release massive amount of resources from strategic reserve into new shipbuilding projects with intention of greatly increasing tonnage of fleets deployed against our enemies.
Finally, Oberkomando admits that there is currently severe lack of opportunities for capital ship kapitans, and in coming days will make alternative career paths available for those willing.
