Subject: Registration of newly purchased existing base New Hope Freeport Bering Sector 7c

Good Day to the Authorities in the Liberty Base Registration Office.

Myself and a Partner purchased a already built Base in the Bering Sector for 2.7 Billion SC, which we were unerder
the impression that its standing was sitting well with both Major Houses being Liberty and Rheinland.
But to a horrific discovery checking through all the documents, Base Records, Financial statements etc. , and piles and piles of paper work boxed away in disclosed storage compartment of the base, nevermind the dust it was covered in.
We found no records that this base was registered with the Liberty Covernment. As a Freelancer and outstanding Liberty Citizen that never broke a Liberty Law before i emediately got busy to rectivy this grave error by the Previous Owner.

1. Could you please provide me the following information please?

1.1 Would this written request be in order for renting Base Space in the Bering system,
1.2 and if not could you please provide me the link, and or template of The Base Registration Application Form.
1.3 Could you please send me an Invoice and information of any Sirius Credits i need to tranfer regarding the rent
of the space in Bering at Sector 7c this is a level 3 Base and if there is an Deposit i need to pay along with the
monthly Rental fee since this is an established base already.

2. Operations of this base would mainly consist of mining Scrap and Premium Scrap from the Bering System for
Export Purposes and Importing Cargo for base Operations, and manufacturing modifications for ships.

3. This would mainly be used by Miners and transports Miners delivering ore to base and Tranporst flying the ore
out to the proper destinations where the Scrap would be recyled and put to reuse throughout Sirius.
As Well as Supplying the base with the neccesary reapair and living goods for the workers on the base as
well as industrial Material for manufacturing goods.

As we speak the base is being revamped to change the operations of the base as it would be seemed fit by
Liberty Law for all bases.

First of all, thank you for making the requisite payments as per the exchange with Commander Graham of the Navy Primary Fleet, which included back-fees and fines. The only remaining transaction required will be a recurring monthly fee of 28.000.000¢ (Core 3 base in Zone 3 - payment may change upon upgrade), starting at the beginning of next month.

Although there is no standardized template for applications, the guidelines for requests to lease space for the construction of bases can be found in "Section Two: Licensure" in the Laws of Liberty. While we have no objections to the proposed purpose of your base, please ensure your facility is compliant with all laws, especially concerning the shelter of unlawful smugglers, pirates, and terrorists; as well as the current economic embargo with Rheinland.

Finally, please ensure members of the Primary Fleets (Liberty Navy [LN] , Liberty Security Force =LSF= , Liberty Police Incorporated LPI- ) are allowed access to your base.

Thank you for the reply, this base has got docking restrictions so i find it hard to believe that any pirate would have rights

If you do notice a pirate docking with New Hope Freeport, please notify me imediately please, we both know the base was previously owned by a owner that did not do the proper law abiding registrations. Or case number two pilots and give false information on theyre ships or 3 change there Identifaction FF after acquiring docking clearance on a name.

Please send me the snapshot and name of the purpotrator and i will have his docking rights removed imediately once im in office on my next visit to the base.

Do i also get access granted from liberty to fully supply the base from liberty with goods (legal of coarse) that the base desperately need to be supplied with on daily basis and to hire transports to do so?

You are welcome to transport supplies from Liberty to your base so long as you and any hired vessels are in compliance with our laws, including the current economic embargo with Rheinland.
