My name is Adrian Gibson, a Star Captain in the Hellfire Legion. My division was given the task of contacting you in an attempt to re-establish communications.

The Legion was facing many difficulties these last two years that put us into an almost-hibernating state. The time needed to free us from them was a bit longer than the Highcommand had anticipated, however with great pleasure I inform you that we have recovered. There are some minor injuries that we could use your help to fix them.

The Hellfire Legion wishes to enter negotiations with the Hessians again and if the circumstances allow, re-new our friendship.

I believe last attempt of Hellfire Legion to make contact with us was less than a year ago. I think, Admiral Michaela Sandera was your leader back then. Quite unfortunately, after initial meeting and promises of eternal friendship and support she simply disappeared. That left Oberkommando very disappointed. Disappointed to that point, that he doesn't want to waste his time on talks, which can end nowhere.
Now, if you'll send us a present first, he could change his mind.

I am pleased that you received and replied to my transmission so swiftly sir Draay.

An incompetent's person actions, incompetents that go by the name Sandera, caused some uncomfortable atmosphere. Fleet Admiral Sandera is no longer a Fleet Admiral and hopefully we will be able to restore our past friendship.

I think our logistics division is shipping some black market munitions in gift wrapping to Ronnenburg, please keep an eye on possible delliveries from HFL tagged ships.

The Oberkommando was pleased by your gift. You've proved that this time you're willing to establish long and serious partnership.

Now, you've said that Red Hessian Army may help you to fix your "minor injuries". Oberkommando doubts that we would be able to directly assist you in your war with libertonian goverment. After destruction of gates we've ceased most of our operations northwards Rheinland, with most notable exception being smuggling.

Yet if those "minor injuries" can be fixed indirectly, tell us exactly what do you need and what you're ready to offer in exchange.

I am more than happy that you appreciate our gift.

We are aware of the situation with the jumpgates in the Rheinland borders and your inability to provide us immidiate support against Liberty. The Hessians would provide us immense assistance by:

-Providing us information about the local markets
-Allowing us to establish a trade post to import and export materials in the Omegas and vice versa
-Signing a military supply pact between the Hessians and the Legion

This will help our economies growth and our people to become closer despite the long distance in between.

Information about local black market goods, that might be used by Legion is already gathering.

As for trade post in Omegas, we have a nice spot. See, the Red Hessians are currently engaged in colonisation project of Planet Tangier within Omega-47 system, which would allow us to establish powerbase outside of hostile housespace, pretty much like your Vespucci system. While the colony itself is small and doesn't have a proper spaceport, the planet is rich with mineral resourses and Viernheim Base on its orbit exports plenty of them. Additionaly, we're sure that Legion would be able to send few specialists in terraforming and colonisation there, if you have such experience.

The Hessians have our gratitude for willing to co-operate to this level after the recent misunderstanding, we will begin setting up our post as soon as possible.

On the terraforming knowledge matter, we ourselves are counting on a Bretonian corporation, Planetform Inc, as we don't have the necessary knowledge or equipment for this task yet, but should we get our hands on it you'll be sure to receive it.
