Good evening.
Allow me to introduce ourselves. We represent a group known as the Ingenuus Research Group. I'm going to start off by staying that we really did not want to start relations off with such a hasty note as it is due to the contents later in this message. We were hoping to come towards you with a more.. productive side of ourselves to introduce ourselves. Although it appears that this may not be the case anymore. At least not for now.
Recently, we have taken over the position of Administrators for Heisenberg Research Station in the Koeln system. We've had plans on using this base for a basing near your space in order to better serve the house once we have managed to become fully operational in the area, something which we yet have not achieved so far.
A little while ago, there has been an unavoidable event at the time. From looking over our log files and cameras from the time, there seems to have been a little clash between Red Hessians, and the Kruger. One which resulted in the Red Hessian escaping and docking on our base to get away temporarily. As we are required to represent ourselves as Zoners due to other areas of interest, there is no straightforward way of stopping such an occurrence from happening again. That does not mean however, that we do not wish to abide by Rhienland laws. We are in your space. As what can be considered 'civillians' in this case, we are very much required to follow your laws as much as anyone else. Because of this fact, we do not wish for any more Hessian forces to.. repeat this same incident.
We have taken this up with Kruger first, in hopes that we can solve this between the two of us peacefully, and come to an understanding. However for some odd reason, either we have lost all ability to diplomatically solve issues that come up, or Kruger.. I apologize for the wording here. "Kruger just is that big of a thick wall".
While we do not have any idea, we are afraid that Kruger might try something drastic. Thus in order to hopefully preserve ourselves, kick off relations, and try to avoid something which one of the parties here might regret, we have decided that contacting the Military might be the best idea. After all, dealing with Red Hessians should be something you would take up. Not the Kruger.
Since we would not like this to happen again, in order to maintain good relations between us, and yourselves, we do have a small request. When it comes to trusting someone, there is nobody better you can trust than yourselves. Our word perhaps isn't much when it comes to saying that it won't happen again. We in turn would like to ask that you oversee the movements of space around the base yourself. We'd like to encourage some of your forces to be deployed around our area. If we are dealing with Red Hessians, which I assure you, we are not, you would be the first to know as you'd see it personally.
This also hopefully can smooth out anything with Kruger. I fear that they are trying to be rash pre-maturely. We don't wish for anything silly to happen.
I once again apologize for meeting you on this note, we'll be back in the future with much lighter-hearted business. Until then however. I look forward for your response.
