INCOMING TRANSMISSION

SENDER: William Thrawn Wright
SUBJECT: Unusual encounter
CONTENT: First before I get to the matter at hand, I would like to represent myself and the organization I'm affiliated with.
I'm the head of the military nucleus of O'Rhu - An organization affiliated with The Order. Now as I understand it, The Order had and will always have good relations with the Colonial Republic and with that being said, I would like to inform you of a matter that was recently brought to my attention.

Yesterday at 0940 hours, several O'Rhu agents encountered a Colonial Republic vessel of the Gunboat class wandering in Omicron Mu. As it was reported earlier, the vessel has been detected coming from "REDACTED", which is a highly restricted zone to unauthorized personnel.
After approaching it, the scans indicated that it is a Freelancer, this is a bit of a surprise to me to be frank. However, the vessel was escorted away from Order territory, but I would like a possible clarification on that matter. Are colonial technology and gunboats now being distributed Sirius wide and without permission? If not, you may consider this transmission more as a notification than anything else.

Good evening Mr. Wright,

Thank you for the notification.
How the person in question was able to acquire one of our ships is beyond me, be assured that it is nothing that has been approved by me.
I assume that the vessel was stolen, so you are free to terminate it on sight, following the Article IV Section 2.2 of the Crayterian constitution. We shall do the same should our pilots encounter this vessel.

Regards
-A.Young
