To our esteemed friends in the Republic of Liberty,

I am James Frederick Albert William, Crown Prince, Duke of Dundee, Heir to the Realm of Bretonia, Protecter of her peoples. You may have heard of my recent ascension to Prince of Bretonia, and Her Majesty's heir. In light of this, I have found it a good idea if I begin increasing my own relations with you, so that my transition, then the day comes, to King of Bretonia, it is as smooth as possible with no interruptions between our peoples. I also wish that with this, I will know my counterparts in the other houses, so that I might learn the ways of different leaders in the running of their houses. I wish to learn as much as I can from esteemed leaders, such as yourself Mr President, so that I can only act in the best interests of my people, and the Realm of Bretonia. This will also give me a greater understanding of the people's that Bretonia plays host to, and on occasion makes deals with.

It is my wish, that with this guidance and experience that you may hopefully offer to me, I can become the best leader possible for Bretonia.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

On behalf of the People of the Realm of Bretonia,

Prince James Frederick Albert William
Duke of Dundee
Crown Prince James Frederick Albert William;

The Republic of Liberty would be most honored to have a distinguished visitor such as yourself to be our guest. We and The Kingdom of Bretonia share a strong bond, born from a long history of respect and cooperation. Even while both of our houses are beset by enemies, we still stand strong together.

President Powell was delighted when he read this message over. As we speak, his army of secretaries is busy rearranging his schedule so that he may provide you his undivided attention during your stay here. The President has also requested that you be received in a manner befitting your station. A state dinner will be hosted to formally welcome you upon arrival.

During the dinner, President Powell will also introduce you to the other leading members of the Republic of Liberty. To further your desire to learn of the workings of our government he will also arrange personal meetings at your leisure to learn more about the individual departments and agencies that make up our Republic.

We hope this opportunity further strengthens our alliance. The government and the people of the Republic of Liberty eagerly await your visit.

Mr Worthington,

I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to arrange this for me. I admit, I have a lot to learn as yet, but hopefully with President Powells insight and guidance, I'll become a better King for Bretonia, when the time comes, and for our relations with Liberty. I pray that this day doesn't come any time soon though, and hope that Queen Carina has a great many years left upon the throne.

I have already begun transport arrangements, however Baron Piett, Lord of Jarrow, our Minister of Defence, has insisted that I bring a security detail of Armed Forces vessels. No doubt he intends to send a Battlegroup. He means well of course, but I must gain permission prior to my visit. As soon as I have this, I can begin to set out to Liberty. A trip I am very much so excited for.

I should assure you that this "escort" would be sent back to Bretonia upon my arrival, and only the Royal Liner would remain, alongside a compliment of Royal Soldiers for my protection. It all seems a bit much, but I'm sure the Gauls would love to get their hands on me. I appologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you for your patience and understanding Mr Worthington. I look forward to meeting you in person.

In service to the People and Realm of Bretonia,

Prince James Frederick Albert William
Duke of Dundee
Crown Prince James Frederick Albert William;

In these trying times, it is completely understandable - if not necessary - to arrange for heightened security when traveling between House space. We would be more than willing to accommodate your security detail.

Once we confirm the date of your arrival, we can make arrangements for our own security details. If there is anything else we can provide in order to prepare for your arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us at your leisure.
