This is CNS, bringing you all the news that are fit for you.
Breaking news tonight as elements of the Liberty Navy and Bretonian Armed Forces moved in on Planet Leeds in what is the first Allied offensive in months! The push was opportunistic in nature as the Bretonian Armed Forces saw an opening after an unexpected Gallic attempt to establish a beachhead on the New London side of the Leeds jump hole. The Liberty Navy led the operation, with Bretonian units supporting, to soften the Royal Navy forces defending the command fleet in Leeds orbit. The operation is reported to have been successful, but costly for Allied forces as it reportedly took three whole assaults to break the initial defenders. Unofficial reports claim a stalemate may be unfolding, but our sources in the Armed Forces tell us that Allied command has the upper hand! While the Naval Press Office remains tight lipped as to what will come of the operation now, one can only assume Allied forces are regrouping to drive their message home all the way to Gallia!
Stay tuned for more updates!
