ok so i searched and couldnt find it to start or create a new faction... so any one point me in the direction "looks left then right"" so anyways lets role what my faction will do wait lets start from the start from the beginning USNT ( Uknown Space Navy and Trading) so basically it will be a faction having its home base somewhere in liberty and trading all over and escorted by its own Navy i have everything sorted out and thought out navy and what they will use... it will be top notch and ELITE. you will work and make sure that everything goes smooth as navy concerns very valuable good will be transported by 1 cruiser and 2 gunships, and other companys may hire my transport ships aswell on a cost and may hire the navy aswell and a cost of per cruiser gunboat and VHF and bombers... to protect your goods in the serious system. any body willing to go with me on this ? pirates beware your names will be noted and if spoted RP will be in play and if you do not comply you will be terminated with force.

so you want to make an OP trading faction that also has caps?

yeah, no. not gonna happen. What IDs are you going to use? i presume the LN ID, as you mention basing in liberty and caps. some other houses wouldnt like liberty warships etc "trading" into their areas.

if its not the LN ID, then which?

Advice time: join an existing faction and see how things work here on Discovery GC. If you want to continue this ridiculous idea, expect major resistance from just about everybody.
Bouncing off what Sabru stated:

Corporate and Freelancer factions cannot use Cruisers or other Capships besides gunboats, so you're either going to have to make this "trading" group using a Military ID, which will affect how versatile your trading diplomacy will be, or abandon the idea of using Cruisers (and 5kers if you're going to be a Freelancer group). Or you can just be Zoners...but they suck. Tongue

You may find better luck joining one of the MANY corporate or freelancer factions we ALREADY have in place, rather than try to start up yet ANOTHER group from the ground. But, that's your call.

yes i see what you mean by the resistance... the ships will carry a LN ID yes with a TAG which will be identifield by the sirius crew members and factions but i will have problems as such from the NPC's but maybe have friends in each system to escort but thats basicalling trading but still worth a try thou.
With LN ID and cruisers, you won't find problems only from NPCs. All House Laws prohibit foreign caps in their systems without permission, so you could only fly the LN caps only in Liberty (and to a limited extent in Bretonia, look up the ZOI on the ID). Plus, Liberty Navy is only allowed to escort traders within their ZOI.
