As I was browsing through our contracts, sorting things out, I noticed that the contract between our 2 organisations is almost at an end. I am sending this transmission to ask if you would be interested to renew the contract under the same, or some newly arranged conditions.

Dear Mr. James Willford,

It is a pleasure hearing from you. I checked and indeed, the last contract is running out in a few days.

Renewing it should however only be a formality, at least from the Guild's side.

The suggestion is:

1. Bounty Board: + 25 % payment for BHG| claims on the IMG Board, as announced on the board.

2. Escorting:

> Payment for ore runs: every transport pays every escort for every ore run (1-4 million, depending on number of escorts).
> Payment on non-ore runs: optional and lower than for ore runs.
> Bonus payments for fights and intercepts are added by the convoy leader.

Thank you for your continued services. The Guild is thankful for decades of successful cooperation and we hope to continue exactly that way.
