Awhile back we did some business where you, had a passing feeling that I might, at some point, be granted docking rights to the various Rogue installations throughout Liberty. Now, while I understand that you may still not feel like giving me such rights. I may or may not have come into a generous sum of credits. A few dozen million might happen their way into your possession. Provided the docking codes to Niverton and Alcatraz happen to find their way into mine.
