Ms. Caspers, it is a pleasure to speak with you. Thank you for the extra information, it is greatly appreciated. Anyway, we are looking to gain specific permission for our newly constructed carrier to enter Rheinland space and the surrounding areas. I have a small file with some details about the ship that I will send now. Anything that I have missed I will mention after the file has been uploaded.

Vessel Name: Bowex)Godiva
Vessel Status: Operational
Vessel Armament:. • Solaris Point Defence Turrets
• 5 Hanger bays
- 2 Roc Bombers
- 2 Eagle Fighters
- 1 Griffin Scout
Carrier Primary Orders: The Godiva has been tasked to escort the largest of Bowex's convoys, providing a quick reaction force for when the convoy gets intercepted by unknown vessels or enemies of Bowex. The Carrier will also provide a long range sensors array couple with it's long range scout to make sure that the path is clear for the convoy.
Carrier Secondary Orders: The Godiva is to provide fighter support to a lawful entity that has called for backup whilst the main force is preparing to launch. It will act as the quick response carrier for operations in Bretonia. This includes:
• Intercepting unknown parties
• Intercepting Gallic intruders
• Intercepting Pirates
Carrier Fighter and Bomber Orders: The Godiva will dispatch vessels in accordance to what is required. Their orders include:
The Griffin's current role is to provide a long range scouting service to convoys and act as the primary interceptor for intruders.
The Eagle's current role is to provide fighter cover to the bombers launched from the Godiva. They are there to take down intercepted intruders, including pirates and Gallic personal, and assure fighter dominance in space. They will also cover other friendly entities to Bretonia.
The Roc bomber current roles are to bring anti capital capability to a fight. This includes taking out anything from a Gunboat(s) or aiding in the destruction of a Battleship(s).

That file that has just been sent should provide the meaty bit of the carrier and it's operations. Of course, feel free to ask any questions. Overall, we are looking to avoid any complications with our convoys and how we escort them. On long journeys such as those to Rheinland, our pilots can become tired and hence a lack of focus and concentration can come forth to those that are not used to it. We need fighter cover to be there within a matter of minutes. We do not doubt that the Rheinland law enforcements could do the same, however we do not always have access to any of your channels to call for cover support and when we finally do gain access to them, it's often too late.
The Carrier itself has been equipped with Solaris Point Defence Turrets to protect the Carrier from any daring attempt to attack it. These weapons are often offline until we are sure we need them. It is protocol to send out our scout to intercept and determine the threat level. If we deem that the target's threat level is severe or threatening to the convoy or the carrier, the Solaris Point Defence Turrets will be activated.
We have recently implemented some special technology into our Carrier. This allows us to set certain Identification Friend or Foes to "No Fire". This will mean that the weapon systems can not come online if a vessel on our list with the right IFF can not be engaged. This, however can only be overridden by me and me only so I can assure you that it will not be broken. I will only be overriding this system if we have to fire in self defence and I hope that will never happen.
If you have any further questions, feel free to pass them my way. I will do my best to answer them.
I do have one question for you, however. Will we have to sign up the Godiva to the registry after, if, this has been approved or will it be done automatically?
Thank you
