The Andraste was called out of Kansas for a field combat test against detected Navy assets, upon joining up with the Eidolon Wraith, the Arktos, and Hellfire Osiris Incursus... we quickly found our threats coming into view.

Targets consisted of multiple snubs, Two Liberty Dreadnoughts, and an Assault Carrier. They proved rather inexperienced... none of our capitals even sustained hull damage, so I'll consider this a successful combat scenario for the Andraste, with hopefully many more to come in the future, since we don't have a reliable source of repair right now for the damn thing should the time come...

I'm already working on that with Hunt however, so I'll cut this and upload the guncams of the battle, certainly a sweeping victory for Auxesia and the Commonwealth.

Whilst I was in the Omicrons briefly discussing about the trial with the Vagrants, a faint electromagnetic disturbance and some emergancy comms were picked up - then lost again.

After the minor meeting, I proceeded to find the source of the signal, tracing it back to Liberty, New York. What a surprise, it was Tutashkhia and some random pirates assorted with Outcasts who'm claimed to have caused the California Gate to be disabled. They appear to have used an item named the NEMP Bomb - Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse bomb - old stuff. We found one before, but the little bastard who had it blew it up.

Me and ERI on the Eidolon Wraith proceeded to approach the gate after we noticed the electromagnetic clouds swarming the gate in the distance. Upon closer inspection, the gate seemed to be 'leaking' out energy, causing slight interference with the residual energy in the background, hence the storm effect, as the energy is building up, primarily due to it's particles being charged up by the gate.

Whilst the idiotic and completely irrelevant worms - the mentally insecure pirates - fondled each other in the background, we managed to get some time to ourselves to analyse the gate itself. It seems to be heavily damaged, the internal components seem to be hit the most, as the gate's energy system seemed to overheat, most likely the pulse waves knocking out the capacitors. The highlighted segments received the most damage.

The Energy Conductors also show excessive faults, with recorded temperatures up to 8600°C, whilst the I.F.F identification system fails to register any ships jumping codes. Upon attempting to interact with the jump system, the gravity field will fail to stabilise, as the stabilisers fail to even start, hinting towards the internal system being demolished. If left unchecked, it could mean that an unstable anomaly could be formed in the process, as there is nothing 'keeping it down' - per say. When also attempting to use it, the systems warn of an anomaly, hinting to it too.

DSE has already attempted to look into the structure, obviously meaning Liberty will be in great haste to repair this fault. All in all, it isn't going to blow or splurt out any dangerous anomalies anytime soon, thanks to the analysis ERI provided me. That's all that matters.

The Eidolon Wraith returned to Inverness with this data concerning NEMP Bomb's capabilities of damage. On another note, with a private deal, we managed to obtain 2740 units of Azurite A6 - now allowing us to do... things in the future. Mmmmmm.

Oh, and all Auxesian personnel are to avoid these systems and to not harm any "Vagrant" Nomads, along with their affiliates.

During a scouting deployment in the Omicrons, I came across something just /fascintating/.

An IMG Battlecruiser appeared out of Omicron Mu after I decimated some idiotic Order pilots. Me, Talandar and Empathy who accompanied us, went to investigate. Now, I've been aware of Order vessels in the Omegas docking on IMG Stations during my service in the Core, but... I've been lead to believe that the Miners are doing something oddly suspicious for the Order, thus we proceeded to interrogate.

>>Attached Data

Their logic was twisted and full of lies. They claim to be here to escort something, yet they fail to answer what. They're hiding something, it's no coincidence two Order Cruisers and an Osiris appeared. Another note was their cargo, 655 units of Mining Machinery. Related to the incident, the Osiris captained surrendered to us after the two Order vessels were deconstructed. We began to question him.

>>Attached Data

Laughably, he believes he can change the Order or to start a... laughable resistance. Of course, their logic is flawed, they're clueless and friendless. I played along with his idiocy, questioning him, lulling him into a false sense of trust. I gave him a false ideal of me sparing me in exchange of information. In the end, they told us that three IMG Battlecruisers and a wing of escorts came to Planet Akabat, delivering what was noted as Mining Machinery. The Order had various vessels escorting this convoy, including the two cruisers that we previously destroyed. Interesting. I wonder why they were so guarded?

After this, we went to check out Omicron Lost - funnily enough, along the way, an Order Transport full of Iridium Ore. Two Order capital ships appeared from the Omicron Lost Jumphole. I forewarned them that I would annihiliate the civilian transport if they approached - and - well - they approached like fools. It died. And so did they. Their idiotic actions cost lives. Amusing.

Scouts in the Kepler system randomly ceased communications and connection to the Uplink at 17/12/823 for unknown reasons, not long after that, weird sources of energy was coming from the system. Due to this, we set off to investigate what exactly was going on. We arrived there...

It happened again.

An unstable anomaly was detected in the middle of these shifting clouds, it's unknown whether these anomaly opening were random or created by a peculiar type of people that we all know too well. However, the readings were similar to the experiment we made back in New London, though, in this one, radiation was more intensive. The Eidolon Wraith proceeded through with the Arktos to explore the other end whilst veiled with our cloaks.

We were brought to an unknown location which seemed to border Rheinland, a possible exploration Outpost dating back thirty years. Two Naval Vessels were detected on scene - standing guard. Looking further, by initial inspection, the system appeared more or less empty, excluding a station present that went by the name of Morostrenza Data Lockup.

Scans were initiated, discovering that the Staiton is derelict, abandoned, but the atmosphere was contaminated. We attempted to get close to get a survey of the station, but we had sudden guests. Nomads.

We broke the veil and engaged the hostile warforms. They were shortly disposed of after the Navy vessels came in to engage. Unfortunately, one of their vessels managed to tractor valuable goods and retreated out of the system through the unstable anomaly.

Now that the area was clear, we proceeded on with the survey. Drone probes indicated some form of leakage coming from the storage depots. They began to investigate, sampling the leak. It was Azurite Gas. A massive cache of Azurite was found in the storage section of the station, though, it was deteriorating the condition of the station. Due to the nature of the Gas, some samples were obtained, and the drones returned to the docking bay of the Wraith.

We pulled out back to the Unstable Anomaly as the gravitational waves seemed to be shifting again - indicating it was 'resetting' back to it's natural state of non-existance. Upon leaving, the Station seemed to have fallen apart, the reactor - by estimation - must have reacted with the Azurite, causing it to fail. It was only luck that we managed to gain information from the scenario before its failure.

Returning to Ames, the Anomaly had entirely collapsed on the other end, sealing up. Though, a small attack squad of Nomads came to engage, firing biological... orbs of energy at our ships. Of course, they were eliminated.

All in all, the scouting slash stealth mission was more or less a success. A shame we didn't get to download data from the stations computers.

One last thing to note was the constant presence of some EM-emissions, which turned out to be the Apahanta. Very curious as to why they weren't assisting in the defence against the hostile Nomads - even if they were protecting or trying to seize the cache, they... merely avoided it. Maren claims that they were elsewhere, watching a singular Nomad float around. Upon approach of Vertiga's ship, he seemed to be constantly retreating, cloaking away. I had a glimpse second to scan their goods, their ship seemed to contain various scientific goods, and a singular blob of burnt Nomadic biology.

They're too suspicious for my liking, they started off as... 'Fighting' them - but now... they wish for peace? I gave them wisdom, and they gave me arrogance. They do not believe in the concept of 'Us vs Them' when it comes to the main Hive - a factual perception to their coded biology, and that concerns me.

We have yet to learn about the nature of these anomalies, but perhaps these connections are the reason why the "Cultists" desire to close them - though interestingly, they failed to show up. Perhaps they're possibly afraid of the connections opening up to where-ever their home may be, or that these links will only boost the other societies of Sirius.

They're scared of having competition.

Maybe.

Guten Abend

The Order are a pestilent organization to deal with when you operate with their stolen technology, as proven today in Omicron Delta. The Order had a recon cruiser named the "David.Lancer" roaming around Delta, which found the Andraste and decided to engage...

We promptly switched to high priority destruction of these agents to preserve out secrecy in the sector, and called in two backup ships to help subdue the cruiser.

It didn't last horribly long, and the ship had sent in backup in the form of a lowly armored Bastet, which our escorts, Peitho and Kobaloi promptly took care of.

Its a high priority we preserve the Andraste's secrecy, and keep it defended when the Order makes a move. I won't ask for additional reinforcements now, as we have the Gammuians, but if the Order makes moves, you never know...

But today its a victory.

Safe Himmel

As most of you have heard through word of mouth, by some form of media, or were present for the public transmission sent out by the Core, announcing that Finn McCool of Ingenuus was captured by the Core as a form of bargaining chip for the local Zoner community within Delta, giving a timeframe to react to. There is a possibility this may be true.

This is highly unacceptable. I am making this a priority mission to investigate these claims, protect convoy vessels and to openly engage any and all Core vessels - Please do keep caution on asset usage though. Heavier assets will be relocated to Battlegroup Algaea's location. Supply vessels have already been making progress on delivering supplies for the Zoners, though these will remain unnamed in the Uplink for now, due to privacy concerns.

However! Do keep in mind that the Cretins and the Order will take these conflicts as a cheap way to gain territory. We still have a war to do. Eliminate them if these conditions are met:

-They are not actively escorting suppliers.
-They are not within a NFZ
-There are no Zoner bystanders

On another note, not all of you will be able to join in on this operation, I will be allocating some squadrons to guard duty at Ataraxia, and Inverness, to look over the maintenance job and suppliers. Obviously we won't be left undefended.

Alea iacta est. Hell will rain upon them.
