Once again, the Golden Chrysanthemums are on the brink of a misdirected war against those who share similar interests to our own. Once again, the situation is rooted in misunderstanding purely. Once again, each side is alarmed against the possibility of appearing weak before the other. So let's talk this out.
The Sisterhood of Dreams has been heavily unenthusiastic to participate in this present diplomatic furore since we find ourselves preoccupied with other matters: primarily the key fact that the entirety of our dominant command structure has been recently rendered MIA or KIA within a number of unconnected skirmishes, the presence of a vast unknown armada on Hokkaido's northern border and the accompanying loss of an entire patrol, the recent diffusal of tensions with the Order Overwatch and our present plans to fulfil our appropriate lifegoal and liberate Hokkaido from Samura Heavy Industries. Furthermore, we do not believe it is within our place or power to dictate to the Commune, Nazione Maltese or indeed any other collective of the Chrysanthemum movement, as to what diplomatic decisions we should take.
We do, however, unilaterally condemn anyone opening fire around an installation of ours, which contains a sizable civilian populace. Ainu represents over a century of continuous revolution, and to use it as a base to attack entities to which the Matriarchy is not presently hostile to, the Samarrans imperil it within a matter of hours. This is not acceptable conduct from an ally, especially an ally claiming protectorship. Please note, we have nothing against you enforcing your own diplomatic conditions, which may contrast with our own, elsewhere - but just don't dock on Ainu when you do. Apex, we welcome your protection, but we are presently in discussions to decipher why the Order attacked us in the first place. The intelligence which we are gathering could be significantly more useful over the long duration than the short. For the time being we request that you keep combat between yourself and the Order at a significant distance from Chrysanthemum installations.
At the same time, is is not the place of the Sisters of Light to deny docking access to those who have openly supported us in our quest for revolution and have (barring this incident) behaved judiciously towards us. We advise the Sisterhood of Light not to threaten the Commune with a privilege The Sisters do not have. Yes, we respect that the Sisters of Light hold closer ties to the Order Overwatch than we do ourselves - but we are presently in a state of diplomatic flux. Please note; we have many reasons to distrust the Order, and only one to believe they will stand by their word. By pushing the agenda of one party or another you risk polarising the entire Chrysanthemum movement towards extremism. Ballance is the ultimate guide of the universe, steel cannot be comprised of iron alone. Let's not become brittle under the virtue of our own agendas, especially when not all Chrysanthemums entertain the same interpretations of Matsuda's teachings as you yourself may do.
Erica, whilst we understand that your conflict with the Order continues unabated and may do till time immemorial due to the various theological contradictions between yourselves and the Overwatch, you need not be so overtly combative. Everyone present is an ally of Malta, and be advised that any "consequence" you threaten will collaterally impact us as well. Matsuda mandates that resolution is always preferable to escalation. Let's not result to the latter. Remember, the Sisters of Light are our own and we will defend them if we believe we have the grounds to do so.
We're all children of our own deities, representatives. We all have differing faiths, but we share a theological parity in that be believe that unnecessary conflict is an excess for fools. Let us take the wise path of righteousness and turn away from this situation. We are also all consumers of cardamine and we imperil the orange dream by infighting such as this. We have bigger priorities and bigger enemies. Can we not find something more productive to do than cry Judas?
In summary, the Commune is welcome on our bases as both guests and protectors, we just request that the Commune is careful about the circumstances in which they dock upon Ainu. Under no circumstances will we exclude a fellow user of the dream from our installations due to the diplomatic principles of the other party.
As for those who view the Blood Dragon Shogunate as synonymous with the Order Overwatch - please be advised that until very recently the Order thought exactly the same of the Golden Chrysanthemums and the Nazione Maltese. As recent events must prove obvious to everyone present, we ourselves find no solace in the closeness the Blood Dragons apparently share with the Order, but even we recognise that the Blood Dragons have no desire to rally against the forces of the Orange Dream and in turn imperil their true purpose - to institute revolution within Kusari. They are riding the same gossamer tightrope we ourselves are - introduce a breeze, and we will all fall.
Ultimately all this discussion serves to do is to table the possibility of all of us being locked into additional wars. We are all overstretched in our own theatres, and none of us are particularly inclined towards suicide yet. Any gripe between the Commune and the Blood Dragon Shogunate is the business of the Commune and the Blood Dragon Shogunate - it isn't Malta's business, and it certainly isn't ours.
We also calmly request that the Sisters of Light do not make threats directed at the one source of the drug we require to survive (including yourself). Yes, we have no interest in agitating the Blood Dragons either, but we do not need to jump to the defense of an entity which has not called upon us to do so.
Our will demands neutrality and our will we will enforce.
Now enough with this zoner bulsh<expletive> so we can all get back to our day jobs.
