I'm not too sure of the exact status of the relation between it and you, though if I'm chosen to go to this little meet and greet of yours I'm sure it will fill me in. Before anything is decided though, I'm going to have to ask questions. We don't really have the resources to have the main craft bus me over there, and my own vessel is light on travel. You will need to explain the subject of this meeting, what is demanded, and what is offered. Bar telling us that, there isn't really any point for us going out there. I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but that's the policy I'm to follow.

As for frequencies, I have two lines. I'm currently using a relay in Omicron Delta, which you now have by proxy. The other is out in occupied Gallic space, ping the Edinburgh system around Perth Station. I'm using a Royal Navy box for Neural Net communication, so make sure to tweak your systems for that. Not going to lie, it was getting annoying trying to talk to that other one. I can do the Lights, but heavily manufactured speech? Not easy.

You basically want to make a mechanical or virtual synapse system much like that used by the seeded, or as the Vatan uses. Now that is something that we can't help with. Their technology is far beyond that of mechanical means, and to try and merge the two would be a useless effort. They have better versions than what any Human can try to make.

And here begs a question. Even if we do decide to help you, why should we? What do we get out of it? The advancement of humanity isn't our goal or even a subject that is considered. The current governing body in Maltese space is already doing more than enough for our needs. The best we can do is send a shell to you as an adviser, but input into your process is not guaranteed. We aren't a charity service, they work entirely different than Humans. You want something, you best give something of greater or equal value.
