To whom it may concern.

For security reasons, a neural net ghost ID has been established for communication between the Guild and The Initiative.

The purpose of this message is to discuss the formal application in regards to the requesition of an IMGC-104D "Sagarmatha", and provide the Guild additional details as well as a disclaimer, if the event occurs in which the Guild faces legal penalties for our actions. The Sagarmatha, once constructed, will be identified as The Athens, and armed with a Type Two EM Wave Disruptor, as well as a modified scanner array, similar to the infamous "Spyglass". Its duties include surveying, force recon, support and exploration. The vessel will most likely be involved in actions which the Guild might be contacted for, as Covert Operations and DL/B Operations aren't always kind.

Usage disclaimer, signed previously by J.H, and provided to the Guild for reference:

The Independet Miners Guild reserve the right to deny any knowledge of the existance of the Battlecruiser Athens. The Guild also reserves the right to claim the vessel as stolen, and declare it an enemy to maintain neutrality within the houses of Liberty, Gallia, and Bretonia. (Other houses are also considered). The Guild reserves the right to deny the existence of any individual or group posessing the technology it provided, and will remain a neutral party to the Initiative.

Additionally, the Initiative would like an update on the requesitioned vessel, plans for construction, and is prepared to offer logistical support in manufacturing The Athens as quickly as possible, to avoid political and legal blowback. As such, this frequency, while ghosted onto a fake ID, remains open for a response, and any further questions you might have.

Sincerely,

~S.R

To whom it may concern,

You'll have to forgive the use of a proxy, but it's a necessary measure in our field of work.

Previously, the Guild aided us in repairing and refitting one of our combat vessels. Namely, The Cincinnati, a Monument-Class Liberty Warship. We find ourselves once again needing something from the guild, this being the construction of an IMGC-104D "Sagarmatha" Battlecruiser. We did apply for licensing via the official channels, however, this message was sent to give the Guild our word, that any actions performed by the vessel we are requesting, will not be traced back to you.

So again, we'd like to discuss our request.

Ahh hello Mr Hunt,

Apologies are in order. I am sure you realize that security protocols exist for a reason, hence our initial responce. Your request to construct our battlecruiser is quite surprising to the Board of Guild Masters. We didn't expect the Initiative to possess the resources to construct so large capital vessels.

In any case, the Sagarmathas are the backbone of our paramilitary in the Taus and the Omegas and usually act as our flagships while fighting enemy forces. You request to have one but the Guild has yet to see any form of assistance or cooperation from your organization, the only records that we have is from a previous request of yours which we already assisted you with.

Subsequently I'll have to refuse your request until the Board feels that the Initiative is a valuable and essential ally to the Guild, worthy of possessing one of our prized battlecruisers.

Guild Master Smith,

I must apologize for the extreme delay in this response, as our situation became rather heated over the last few weeks. However, thing's have finally calmed down, and I'm able to finish where I left off.

Now, I can completely understand the Guild's reasoning in denying our request. In fact, I genuinely expected it. This answer couldn't have come at a better time, due to our current location being unsafe, and our need to relocate once more. In fact, our planned destination was to take up a position at the edge of the Taus. This presents both the Guild and us with an opportunity to construct relations. Of course, due to the nature of our fleet and operations, we'll be limiting fleet support to prevent placing the Guild in an awkward position with the Crown, and the Republic of Liberty.

We'll begin extending patrols into the general region, and assisting your paramilitary forces in repelling the common pirates and Outcast threat. Additionally, a registration form for the Guild's bounty board will be filed as soon as we've settled. Capital assets under the command of the Initiative will remain clear of Java, as well as Singapore, without expressed permission. A wing of fighters can also be dedicated to inter-house escort duties, for convoys and other large shipments.

We've been underestimated before, in the past years. However, I can assure you, we've managed to maintain a steady resource and funding pool, while maintaining our growth rate. It's a matter of keen logistics and resource management with the occasional third party contract work through independent firms. A steady flow of resources keeps us alive. Without such coordination, we'd have died off a while ago. Maintaining ties to various groups has also proven useful, and if need be, we assist where we can. I'll see your people around the Taus.

Sincerely,

Joshua Hunt

Guild Master Alan Smith,

This is an official notice to the Independent Miners Guild that the Aegis Initiative has effectively dissolved and merged with Battlegroup Auxesia. All assets such as vessels, research, resources, logistics, contacts and personnel are now under Auxesia control. Further discussion in relation to any inquiries involving former Aegis assets are to be sent to Keeper Sapphire Raven. Furthermore, we would like to extend a thank you, for the aid you had provided us. We look forward to working with you under our new leadership. We also apologize for any inconvenience this notice has caused. We are not ones to waste time, though a request is to be made on behalf of Battlegroup Auxesia, involving a former Initiative vessel, which is once again in need of a shipyard, though this time, for a refit.

On behalf of the Cincinnati's commanding officer, Maverick O'Howell, we are requesting the purchase and installment of four (x4) T3b IMG Battleship turrets, as well as four (x4) T3a IMG Battleship secondary turrets. Please provide the necessary expense requirement to this network, and I or Maverick will respond, should the request be granted.

Safe skies.

Good day Curator.E,

It is my personal belief that your decision to merge with the honorable Battlegroup Auxesia was a good call. Together your forces can achieve bigger and greater results.

Since you are now affiliated with a group with which we have developed an extensive partnership, we are going to grant your request after you wire 50 million credits to IMG|Guildfunds and you agree to the same condition we have asked from Battlegroup Auxesia. The condition is that you can only use those equipment against organizations which have shown aggression against the Independent Miners Guild in the recent past. For your clarification the eligible targets are listed below.

Code:
Outcasts
Corsairs
Gallic Brigands
Farmers Alliance
Golden Chrysanthemums
Liberty Rogues
Unioners
Aliens
Any IMG Bounty Board targets

Sincerely yours,

Guild Master Alan Smith

Throughout the transmission, the individual speaks using a voice modulator.

Guild Master Alan Smith,

I appreciate your swift response in this matter. The decision to merge was made due to our steadily intertwining relations, thus it seemed only right for us to combine resources under one name, which in the end, was Auxesia. This has given us the opportunity, despite the setback of collecting and documenting our total assets, to easily coordinate our forces rather than conducting joint but separate operations. Our goals, our diplomatic stances, were slowly becoming one in the same. Two groups for the same purpose is inefficient.

The funds have been transferred to the specified account, with documentation of the transfer provided. As per our previous negotiations, the vessel will be moved quietly under small escort, so as to prevent drawing attention to the Guild, and our stay will be limited, until the installation of the new weapon systems and transponder are completed. This process should take no more than four days, due to the need for additional maintenance. Once completed, a shakedown run will be required, which can be accomplished on it's return to the battlegroup. We also acknowledge the terms in place, and agree to them. Thank you for your assistance.

Safe skies.
