1. Operational aim
To supply the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army with supplies required for construction of a "Tempest"-class Carrier.

2. Details
Following a series of recent agreements and subsequent technology exchange deals, the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army have agreed to providing the Red Hessian Army with one of their "Tempest"-class carriers. Due to the large quantity of resources required for construction of such vessel, however, the Red Hessian Army Oberkommando have agreed to supply Mykolaiv station with materials throughout the various construction stages.

All transport captains of the Armee are hereby instructed to consider this operation as high priority and make use of the currently established friendly and neutral trade points to acquire the necessary commodities, delivering them to the abovementioned Coalition installation as soon as possible, and logging their deliveries using this channel. Oberkommando will establish new trade agreements within black market to gain access to a wider range of trade points to speed up this operation, if deemed necessary.

4. Expected aftermath
Once all resources have been delivered and construction of the "Tempest"-class carrier completed, a selected few of the Armee capital ship captains and their crews will be handpicked by the Oberkommando to be trained to operate this specific vessel, which will allow this carrier to be used to its full potential in future operations.

We have made quite a few deliveries utilizing limited Jump Drive capabilities. So far we have delivered 19,700 units of Basic Alloys. Unfortunately we had not seen the list had been updated, so the majority of these were not required. The next time around we shall make sure to look through the included delivery notices to ensure we do not bring in extra materials. The first set of deliveries were captured via quick capture guncams. 1 2. The second set of deliveries were recorded via live guncam footage. We would like to thank Captain Selim of the SCRA|CPW-Lithuania, and the Captain of the SCRA|CPW-Igualdad for providing escort and long range scans while performing the Jumps.
