Greetings.

Both of you are very familiar with my organisation. The Core has enjoyed the multitude of wide ranging support the BDM and the KNI has given us towards our operations in the Edge Worlds against The Order and the Nomads, and we have equally enjoyed supplying both your organisations with research materials, as well as advanced technologies derived from Alien sources.

Through The Core, we all share a bond that stands against those who wish to see humanity fall into doom and despair. However, we can certainly do more. And I believe I have the answer.

We must take our bond to the next level. I propose the formation of a combined alliance between our three organizations. A pledge between ourselves that we will work together through combined logistical and military support against The Order and the Nomads, both inside and outside of the Edge Worlds. We will contain the threat and push it out of the Houses together, before we eliminate it at it's nest, together once more.

Let us form a Triumvirate. One between the Kusari Naval Intelligence - representing Kusari, between the Buro Der Marineintelligenz - representing Rheinland, and between The Core - the state of Omicronia. And perhaps, through our combined efforts, we can grow Omicronia into an allied House in the Edge Worlds, dedicated to serving the interests of the 4 houses.

If you accept my offer, I can begin to draft a document that will set our new alliance in stone. Through this, we can also discuss The Core beginning operations within your space not only against the threats already mentioned, but against other internal conflicts you may need assistance against.

It is true that we have seen blossoming relations between our organizations, and the offer to expand upon it doesn't come entirely unexpected. However, there is a large question on the specifics of the 'alliance' that the Core is offering.

The Kusari Naval Intelligence is not against combining forces to become obtain a more dominant presence in troublesome space, nor is it against forming logistical agreements between the Omicrons and technology/information sharing regarding xenoarcheology and alien technology. Our organization's stance will, however, only be clear once we hear the specifics of this treaty and see its use.

Due to recent events, it will take time for us to be able to assist in a significant way outside of Kusari, it must be mentioned. Most of our manpower is being exploited on current projects and it will be unrealistic for us to send large wings to assist against terrorist organizations such as the Order or the aliens themselves - especially with the troublesome trends Kusari is witnessing. However, we can invest in smaller operations instead.

The topic of the Core operating within Kusari is a fragile one, as well. Kusari has been known as an unyielding land where its people deal with its own problems, and foreign combat entities are not very welcome by the general populace. It is also the Kusari Naval Forces and the government that decides what entities are allowed to operate within our borders, not the Intelligence.

Let's be honest. Your proposal to form a new alliance sounds fascinating... Realy. But i'm skeptical in regard of its realizability. You plan to supply all four houses with alien materials, including Bretonia and Liberty? Errrh... *He coughs*

Herr Nodtviet. You know our agency for quite some time now. It is our task to protect the Bundesrepublik from possible threats. Furthermore, we are aware of the dangerous potential of nomad technology. Seeing one of our former enemies toying around with such materials, is definitely a reason to be worried, don't you agree? Liberty's alien research was actually the trigger of the conflict that began in 817. Hence the Core should not support these warmongers in any way. It would generate new sparks which could ignite the fire again.

Nevertheless, i am ready to hear your suggestion. Especially with the arrival of Order munitions at Rheinland's blackmarket, cooperation is necessary more than ever. Our current pact proved to be profitable for us. Perhaps we find a solution to extend it to the next higher level. But i can already assure you, your intention to support Liberty with alien materials is against our interests, and our "Triumvirate" can only be permanent as long as the Core respects our concerns.

We can discuss the specifics as we proceed with further cooperation in both of our regions of Sirius.

In regards to Core operations within Kusari, our diplomats have started other ventures with other factions in an effort to reduce the xenophobic sentiment that we are currently receiving. Hopefully, such a treaty may further help reduce those ill feelings.

By serving the interests of the 4 Houses, I did not mean that we have the intention of supplying such hazardous materials to all of them. AP Manufacturing also creates goods of a non-alien nature you know. We also as of current control the only known abundant source of Iridium in Sirius, and we'd be more than delighted to supply the Houses with it.

We'll take your advice about Liberty and be very cautious in the future in any event.

Rather than to constantly re-post our Pilots to different areas in Sirius, I have established a specific division of Core to handle our in-House matters, overseen by both myself and my Guildkeepers. It is called the Arcani Initiative. Simply put they will either be ships escorting our supply convoys, or they will be monitoring and interdiction Nomad operations within House Space. At least, with your permissions that is.

The vessels themselves operate under the Core|A- tag.
