Konban-wa Ishae-san,

You say you were previously a diplomatic assistant. This is most interesting, Ishae-san. If this is so then I imagine you are gifted with a silver tongue. Well we may have a chance in the future to see this. For now we will employ you as a Representative, this will give you some time to meet some of our clients and get a general idea on how go about fulfilling our responsibility in keeping Sirius fueld and moving. With some experience under your belt and a larger account you will want to captain a much larger trade vessel as a Sr Representative and learn of some of our more lucrative yet dangerous routes.

If you gain our trust and display the silver tongue of a diplomat then you may find yourself working wthin the adminsitration as a clerk and start understanding the internal goals as well as major contacts GMG has throughout the sectar and before long it's quite possible you may provide direct assistance with GMG diplomacy at the side of a GM. It's progressive but in some cases I've seen members skyrocket up fast before, indeed all of us GMs were once at the bottom rung ourselves.

Welcome aboard, Ishae-san, I suggest you use a Kamome for starter. While it may seem like a relic from our former partnership with Samura it has been modified into it's new role as a transport and performs this duty reliabley and admirably. Use it to distribute our H-fuel and Plutonium and return with the many necessities and goods our stations need. I recommend starting with some routes to Rheinland. With our new treaty and trade agreements the lanes are safe for us and the route is relatively less risky then the later ones you'll be doing. We'll be in contact again shortly.

Arigato for coming to us,
Guild Master Raikoke

Any questions you have you can PM Blodo, Death's Overture, Asbestos, Lionel and myself, we are always happy to help. Also, especially since you mention an interest in diplomacy, we recommend you downlad Skype if you don't already have it. Almost all diplomacy has been done by talking and agreeing with players in other factions (or Indies) using Skype before going though with it on forums and in-game. Gonna need you in the chat in order to not miss out on the majority of what's going on behind the scenes. PM me your Skype name if you get one)

Konban-wa, Mr.Raikoke:

I'm glad to form part of the GMG corporation, as a diplomatic representative in other mentions and goverment previously i'm ready to serve as fast as my ship can be put into the first assignment, i am used to pilot slow vessels so the Kamome would be a great command post for the missions GMG will assign me.

Thanks and regars...Ishae.

Names:
Kazushi "Kazoo" Takayama, Shujumi "Shoe" Takayama

Ages:
31 (Identical twins, born October 12, 786)

Previous Occupations:
Transport crewman (both)
Escort pilot (Kazushi)
Convoy Scout (Kazushi)
Transport First Officer (Shujumi)
Transport Captain (Shujumi)

Background:
The Takayama brothers were raised aboard their father's ship, the Kikiyo-Maru. His ship was the sole vessel and mobile head office of Takayama Shipping, a freelance freight company that specialized in small niche contracts between Kusari and Bretonia. The Takayama twins were groomed since childhood to love the free spaces between the houses, to master the intricacies of business negotiation, and to work alongside their beloved father aboard the ship they called their home. The plan was to eventually take over the humble company, and possibly give it the success their father tried to attain but could never reach. Shujumi in particular took after his father, mastering as a young man the intricacies of transport navigation and command, along with showing proficiency in matters of negotiation. Kazushi, more of a free spirit and loner, found his place as a talented, if raw and impulsive fighter pilot. Between the two brothers and the leadership of their father, Takayama Shipping finally showed true promise among the family businesses that crowd the lower rungs of industry throughout the colonies.

All this changed with the beginning of the war. Already struggling with the sudden dearth of freelance contracts through the Taus, Takayama Shipping found itself faced with a lowball buyout from Samura and a very bleak future as peer companies found themselves cornered with a similar ultimatum: take the money or starve.

Takuma Takayama chose to retire, giving his sons a fair dividend to allow them to wander free and find their own fortune. Disenfranchised with the kiretsu megacorporations and with dour opinions of the war, the brothers spoke with a GMG recruiter on New Tokyo. Assessing their options; they found themselves in agreement that this was the best chance to begin anew and put their specialized skills to use.

Division Choices:
Paramilitary Wing (Kazushi)
Merchant Fleet (Shujumi)

Reasons for joining GMG:
Freedom from direct house control
Roots remaining in Kusari
Advancement opportunity for qualified and motivated individuals
GMG company mentality offering freedom to work outside house space

Reasons for division choices:
Kazushi (Paramilitary):
Lots of opportunity to excel and learn under the legendary Guild tactical wings. Excellent benefits and pay.

Shujumi (Transport Fleet):
GMG transport contract stability, well-defended transport fleets, transport models are versatile and streamlined, making them a joy to helm and captain. Personal ideologies coincide well with GMG corporate culture.

Konichiwa Takayama Brothers,

It is always sad news to hear that new enterprices in their beginning get steamrolled by the phenomenon that is Human War. All too often our own self destructiveness hurts us in ways not always as apparent as the death tolls. It's unfortunate that you were a victim of such an occurence. But harken, your father was wise and thanks to him you not only got out of there with your lives but with some startup flow to re-begin your new lives. And you couldn't have picked a better place to start your new lives.

Our revenues are higher then ever recorded in GMG history. Our profits have, in turn, been used to increase our developments over two-fold what it was less then a century ago. In short we appear to be on the brink of a golden age for GMG and we welcome you two to take part in that.

Shujumi you'll be added as a GMG Representative, check with our administration on what ships you may acquire but I highly suggest the Kamome. This ship will keep you safe and bring you home. I will have an employeed update you on our routes and who we supply directly. Kazushi you will report to Fujisawa as a Recruit in training. If you already have a ship like an Eagle or Falcon you may continue to use it but otherwise we can equip you with a Karasu HF to begin your employment with. If you succed in training you'll be welcomed as an Ensign and given access to our prized Kaichous.

Good luck you two and Arigato for coming to us,
Guild Master Raikoke

Konnichiwa, Honored Guild Master;

I am eager to begin, and a Kamome-class transport will be ideal. The Kikiyo-Maru was kept safe by my father's fierceness, and his use of her powerful armament and thick plating in the murderous Tau sector. He claims to this day it was good fortune, but I believe that such ships as the Kamome make their own luck. I will be cautious and discreet, but no criminal will take from our share that has not earned it.

By your leave I will christen my assigned vessel the Shimoji-Maru, after Shimoji Island in the old homeland of ancestry.

Konnichiwa, Guild Master Raikoke;

Just arrived at Fujisawa, going through some final procedural training and fitting for my flight suit. We lost the Falcon as well as the transport in the buyout so I'm shipless, but I saw a Kamome patrol wing go through some maneuvers on our way in, before providing escort. I've seen what these can do; and if it's any difference to you, I want to fly one of those.

In time if I manage to wow the instructors enough in training I'll be happy to earn my bomber stripes. But those karasu? I'm in love. It'll be an honor flying for the Guild, and if the Karasu perform as I expect them to, it'll also be a blast.

Greetings dear Guildmasters. I'd like to ask you to consider this transmission as the request to join you'r honoured ranks.
I am originally from Bretonia, I was born in the Leeds system. I had very pleasant childhood on the Planet Leeds, and I used to enjoy my dad re-telling me stories of related events he has been on recently, as the GMG squad member. My mother is an BAF officier.

Many times my dad used to take me on Gas Miner Naha where I shared my flight experience with many GMG pilots.

I can tell you that after few encounters with GMG pilots I became impressed and confirmed my thoughts.I've been In many fights and fought shoulder by shoulder with 'em , which is one life-time experience.

I've been one of the best squad pilots back on the Leed's academy, and believe me you won't regret if you chose me.

I'll do my best to show you what I'm made of.

-Godspeed gentlemen.

Have you ever been sanctioned before? If yes, what for? - My last sanction was like nine months ago, and I'd like to talk about it with the leaders privately.

Previous RP Experience: Almost 2 years.

Current Server Faction(s): With pride I can say that I'm in the next factions: TCG, Aoi Isejin, ]bd[ , =LSF= , SMP| , and ... well I think that's all ...

Please rate what you consider your RP skills to be, on a scale of 1-10: I have no clue really, I'm RPing for myself and I like it.It's not up to me to evaluate my RP skills.
Do you agree to never at any point go OOC in system chat? (Local may be used in emergencies e.g. having to leave in the middle of a fight) - Depends of the situation. If I get disconnected in a fight (as an example) and if I don't remember the player's names I've been in interaction with, I might drop the OOC line in system chat but I'm trying to avoid it.
If you fail to abide by the following rules, do you agree to lose the GMG| tag? - If I screw up anything, which wouldn't be that likely, I'd like to have the conversation with the HQ before you decide will I take the GMG tag off or not. It's not up to me, but if it comes up to that I will if you say so.

Konnichiwa Jade-chan!

While I must admit that we boast few Bretonians in our ranks, do not believe that we resent you for your origins. In the Guild, your life begins anew irrelevant of your roots. We have no involvement in the Bretonian - Kusari war, thus there will be no risk for you fighting any of your former kinsmen. And as such you must forget any old grievances towards the House of Kusari, as you'll become a citizen of the Gas Miners Guild.

Congratulations Jade-chan, and welcome to the Guild as our newest Recruit. You have been assigned to our Paramilitary Division, headed by our esteemed Commander Satoru Akimitsu. Head over to Fujisawa Mining Facility in Okinawa, and we'll have a Karasu ready for you. Once you've been promoted to Ensign, you may pilot our prized bomber, the Kaichou. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, I'm giving you access to our secured communication channel as I speak.
