Honored Guildmasters;
My name is Kai Richter, Director of Security for ALG Waste Disposal.
I am currently at Singapore Shipyards, on the bridge of ALG Security's newest acquisition - the IMGC-104D Sagarmatha-class Battlecruiser Erdbeben. With construction completed and the last remaining diplomatic negotiations being worked out, the Erdbeben is poised to depart on her maiden voyage to Rheinland in the coming weeks, where she will primarily be stationed.
Thus, I am contacting the Guild for the following:
We've had a long history of cooperation in the system, during the Yanagi cleanup and with the eventual sale of Helgoland to the Guild. If there is interest on your side, we may wish to arrange a more permanent deal regarding the ship and your space.
At this time though, we only ask for permission for one time passage.
Thank you for your time.

ALG Waste Disposal, Security Division, wishes to request permission for one-time passage through Sigma-13, along the standard route from Honshu to Frankfurt, for the battlecruiser Erdbeben, in concordance with Article 3.3 of GMG Law.
