Honorable admirals of the Kusari Koku,
Please allow me to introduce myself. I am David Rose, chief executive officer of Detroit Munitions; I do hope my company needs no introduction. Liberty has been aflutter these past few weeks with news of your recent excursions into the Taus and Kyushu, as you might imagine, and, resultantly, the actions of the Empire's forces within Bretonia have also come to light.
Detroit has been analyzing the situation for some time, and I've realized that the Empire is a great potential partner, despite the unfortunate friction between it and the Republic of Liberty in the past. As a first step towards healing the damaged relationship between our peoples, Detroit would like to offer our services; understandably, Samura is perhaps unable to supply the Imperial Navy with the equipment it needs, given the tragic situation in Kusari at present. We here at Detroit humbly seek to fill the gaps in the Empire's supply lines that have come about through this political and economic quagmire.
Of course, our services are, largely, limited to providing munitions of various sorts; it's just what we do. However, if there is especial need, Detroit is always capable of procuring special goods, particularly in special situations; and we consider helping allies in the war effort against Gallia a special situation, even if our own government is unable to formally recognize yours as one such ally for various reasons.
We're eager to hear back regarding what we can do for you. On behalf of everyone here at Detroit, thank you for your time.
David Rose, CEO Detroit Munitions Inc.
