First, let me introduce myself, my name is Professor Matt Williams owner of Phoenix Base in Omega-3, Currently, our Base is under construction and we need to bring some materials from Kusari. That's why we are coming to you today with an offer, if you are interested we might sign a commercial contract between our base and your respective company.

As a side note, please do not limit the response time frame. I know that you are in urgent need of optronic arrays but also bear in mind that we receive many contracts every day and there might be a day or two delay with responses. Plus we also do not like loosing potentially good business proposals.
