Hello, honorable Lord Hisano Kumura,

I've accidentally stumbled into Chugoku once or thrice in my travels while traversing Kusari and eventually got caught in sensor range by you Blood Dragons. You seemed pretty angry with me for being there, but perhaps it was all because I was red on your scanners or something. I didn't really stay there to chat much, because you tried to intercept me and most likely shoot me down after questioning. So here's my inquiry - any chance I could get some sort of a visa or something for that system of yours? The jumpholes there are pretty useful.
